Hola a todos nuevamente. Espero que este fin de semana pasado haya estado lleno de series y películas fantásticas, para compartir aquí (o no). En mi caso, pensé un poco en hacer esta reseña y les explico el por qué.
Como modalidad de vida, trato de evitar comentar cosas que no sean buenas, no solo en el cine o la televisión, sino a nivel general. Siempre me digo, si no tienes algo agradable que decir, pues no digas nada y ya.
Pero en este caso, creo necesario hacer una excepción, ya que si bien considero que no está del todo bien, hay cosas que se pueden rescatar de esta producción.
Se trata de una serie de origen chileno, de 12 capítulos de una hora de duración, llamada "Yo solita camino" que fue rodada en el año 2012, la cual conseguí en la aplicación de PlutoTv, a través de la cual ya había visto dos series que realmente fueron impecables.
Me llamó la atención por su sinopsis, en la que hablaba sobre una historia de pedofilia, y cómo se presentaron los cambios de personalidad en la víctima luego de ello.
Un caso como este, es realmente un tema delicado de mostrar, y por eso me aventuré a verla, con la curiosidad de ver cómo lo trataron para ser llevado a la Tv.
La historia se trata de la vida de Manuela, la protagonista, a quien luego de 11 años la vida le cambia cuando encuentran los restos de quien creía era su padre, y que falleció en un accidente aéreo en la cordillera chilena.

Su madre, una mujer bastante débil de mente, se ha refugiado en el mundo holístico, y en la medicación para los nervios que su marido se empeña en hacerla tomar.
Así que Manuela es una adolescente que debe lidiar sola con la vida, los estudios y todas las dudas que se le van presentando en el camino, ya que su hermana mayor decidió emigrar apenas cumplió la mayoría de edad, dejándola sola en una casa llena, pero a la vez... vacía.
Al regresar Laura, su hermana, se desatan una serie de sucesos que llevan al desenlace de la historia, aunque a mi consideración, muchos fueron más para adornar que para darle fuerza a la trama principal.

Its synopsis caught my attention, which talked about a story of pedophilia, and how the victim's personality changes after that.
A case like this is really a delicate matter to show, and that's why I ventured to see it, curious to see how it was treated to be taken to TV.
The story is about the life of Manuela, the protagonist, who after 11 years the life changes when they find the remains of who she thought was her father, and who died in a plane crash in the Chilean cordillera.
Her mother, a quite weak-minded woman, has taken refuge in the holistic world, and in the medication for nerves that her husband insists on making her take.
So Manuela is a teenager who must deal with life alone, studies and all the doubts that are presented to her on the way, since her older sister decided to emigrate as soon as she turned 18, leaving her alone in a full house, but at the same time ... empty.
When Laura, her sister, returns, a series of events are unleashed that lead to the outcome of the story, although in my opinion, many were more to adorn than to give strength to the main plot.

Lo que rescato
- Presentar un caso de este tipo, dentro de una sociedad de clase alta, ya que el estigma es que estas cosas solo pasan en las clases bajas.
- La actuación de la madre. A veces llegué a odiarla, por parecer tan tonta, pero realmente hay mujeres así en la vida real, que se dejan llevar y no aceptan la realidad, aunque la tengan en frente.
- La historia paralela del pederasta en su campo profesional es un complemento de lo que es capaz el personaje. No tiene moral alguna en ningún aspecto de su vida.
- To present a case like this, within a high society, because the stigma is that these things only happen in lower classes.
- The mother's performance. Sometimes I used to hate her, for seeming so stupid, but there are really women like that in real life, who let themselves be carried away and do not accept reality, even though they have it in front of them.
- The parallel story of the pedophile in his professional field is a complement to what the character is capable of. He has no morals whatsoever in any aspect of his life.
Lo que no tiene sentido
- Al ser una niña abusada por su padrastro, el verla interactuar con él sin temor, no me parece creíble. Desvaría entre una vida normal y los accesos de temor hacia su cercanía.
- En un momento ella cree estar embarazada, pero el médico lo desmiente al decir que es virgen. Para el año de la producción (2012) una chica de 14 años, difícilmente no saben cómo se puede quedar en estado!
- La aparición de la nada de una abuela, y la reconciliación familiar, resulta una burbuja que poco aporta a la historia principal.
- Being a girl abused by her stepfather, seeing her interact with him without fear, does not seem credible to me. She wanders between a normal life and the bursts of fear towards his closeness.
- At one point she believes she is pregnant, but the doctor denies it by saying she is a virgin. For the year of production (2012) a 14-year-old girl, it is difficult to not know how one can become pregnant!
- The appearance of the nothingness of a grandmother, and the family reconciliation, results in a bubble that does not contribute much to the main story.
En líneas generales, es una historia que se puede ver sin ánimos de encontrar una manera interesante de cómo poder abordar un tema tan delicado.
Aunque al final trata de dar una moraleja, creo que le faltó fuerza al personaje principal que es quien sufre del abuso, siendo más destacada la madre, quien de alguna forma también era abusada emocionalmente.
In general, it is a story that can be seen without looking for an interesting way to approach such a delicate topic.
Although it tries to give a moral at the end, I think it lacked strength in the main character who suffers from abuse, with the mother being more prominent, who was also emotionally abused in some way.
