Les comento esto porque cuando busquen leer de esta película van a encontrar un montón de propaganda negativa, propagandas que, de hecho, a una persona como yo podrían alejar de una producción porque se basa en teorías conspiracionistas y en extremismo religioso, lo cual, son factores casi siempre influyentes en que yo me aleje de una película, pero en este caso todo es muy distinto, solo por el mensaje.
El mensaje que busca enviar es suficiente para aplastar cualquier connotación negativa, cualquier estigma, opinión y cualquier predisposición que tú puedas tener con respecto a todo eso en una película que la describe mucha prensa amarillista como "Conspiracionista creada por extremistas religiosos", porque cuando lees sobre lo que trata, sin siquiera ver la película, es cuando certificas que, definitivamente podemos estar en desacuerdo con muchas cosas, pero hay temas que nos unen a todos y que te servirán a ti para distinguir a quien debes estar cerca y a quien no.

Cuando el objetivo es realmente enviar un mensaje al mundo sobre la existencia de una red de tráfico que siempre ha estado en nuestra cara y que nos han ocultado a toda costa "porque no es algo que a la gente le guste ver" y, por ende, no es algo que venda.
Después de saber esto es que entenderás por qué solo pocas personas reúnen todas las agallas para trabajar en esto, como lo hizo el director, productor y actor mexicano Eduardo Verastegui para crear una producción de este tipo, como puso todo de sí en ella y aunque el mundo estuvo en contra de su visibilidad, hizo todo durante 7 años para lograr que saliera a la luz, independientemente de que supo desde un principio que probablemente no fuera a recaudar ni siquiera lo que se invirtió, porque repito, ese no era el objetivo de él.

Esta película cuando la ves notas la simpleza en su estructura cinematográfica, olvídate de que vas ver efectos especiales, de ver tomas espectaculares, de diálogos increíbles, no vas a ver una superproducción, vas a ver una película de un relativamente mediano presupuesto con actuaciones que tampoco son lo mejor que hayas visto, pero ¡Créeme! que esas actuaciones y esas escenas que veas ¡te van a llegar al alma!
Porque sí, soy realista, es una película con un profundo mensaje de solidaridad, amor al prójimo, altruismo, de compasión y sobre todo de bondad, pero no es la mejor producción cinematográfica que vas a ver en el cine, sin embargo, repito lo que dije al principio, nada de eso importa cuando lo más importante de la película se deja ver claramente y cuando te das cuenta en tus propias investigaciones en la web de que es algo que luchó tanto para salir a la luz cuando no debió haber sido así, cuando notas que en serio te están quitando una gran venda de los ojos y se llama ignorancia.
Ignorancia, no de sabiduría, si no de conocimiento sobre la cantidad de niños en el mundo que están siendo vendidos diariamente hasta 8 y 10 veces al día, cada uno, para ser abusados sexualmente y luego, cuando son más grandes, ser vendidos para traficar con sus órganos y, no solo eso, sino que, además, gran parte de ese tráfico se da en Latinoamérica y que, por mucho que pensemos lo contrario bajo nuestra ignorancia, la realidad es que no tenemos a mucha gente dedicada a intentar solventar este horroroso problema, al contrario, no es algo de lo que a la gente le guste hablar o tocar, ni siquiera por parte de los políticos que usan cualquier cosa como bandera para ganar.
Entonces sí, cuando nos damos cuenta de que nos han mentido, de que realmente esto es enorme y se sabe desde hace mucho, pero que nadie hace nada porque existen intereses de por medio, es ahí cuando decides abrir los ojos a esta horrorosa realidad que te muestran ligeramente en esta película para que tú mismo termines de completar tu trabajo investigando también por tu cuenta y convencerte de que nada de lo que cuentan en esa película es mentira.
Que Tim Ballard, que es el ex agente quien dirige las operaciones y en quién está basado el film, realmente existe, que la cantidad de niños que ha salvado en 10 años con su grupo de operaciones es increíble y que no le ha importado ganarse a los enemigos más poderosos del mundo, ni se ha cansado por trabajar casi solo, sobrepasando la crítica y haciendo un trabajo de hormiga desde hace años tratando de que alguien lo escuche para que lo ayuden a acabar con este monstruo del tráfico sexual y de órganos de niños en el mundo.
