Welcome my dear amnesiac travelers of the internet and thank you very much for having made a temporary stop in my post, as you know I always like to watch movies of different genres so as not to get bored and because I find it interesting to see what the world of cinema has to offer, to be honest I don't know how I got to this movie but the film titled "Znachor" caught my attention for some reason that I don't even understand, I guess having amnesia as the focal point was what attracted me and why I decided to give it a try. Without further ado, be prepared not to remember important things, as we are about to begin.
Bienvenidos mis queridos viajeros amnésicos del internet y muchas gracias por haber hecho una parada temporal en mi post, como sabrán siempre me gusta ver películas de diferentes géneros para no aburrirme y porque me resulta interesante ver qué tiene para ofrecer el mundo del cine, siendo sincero no sé cómo llegué hasta esta película pero me llamo la atención el filme titulado “Znachor” por algún motivo que ni yo entiendo, supongo que el hecho de tener a la amnesia como punto focal fue lo que me atrajo y por lo que decidí darle una oportunidad. Sin más que agregar prepárense para no acordarse de cosas importantes pues estamos por comenzar.
Znachor was released this year, directed by Michal Gazda, produced by MS Productions and Endemol Polska, has a running time of 2 hours and 20 minutes. It is a drama film, the story focuses on a surgeon who is highly respected for the lives he has saved and for his interest in providing medical care to poor citizens, he has a wife with whom he has various problems and a daughter who is the light of his eyes, as a result of his unhappiness his spouse decides to take his daughter and go with his lover, Desperate because he does not know where his family was, he goes out to look for them, but unfortunately he is brutally beaten by some undesirables, causing him to lose his memory and begin his journey as a wanderer with no memories.
Znachor fue estrenada este año, dirigida por Michal Gazda, producida por MS Productions y Endemol Polska, cuenta con una duración de 2 horas y 20 minutos. Es un filme de drama, la historia se centra en un cirujano muy respetado por las vidas que ha salvado y por su interés por darle atención médica a los ciudadanos pobres, tiene una esposa con la que tiene diversos problemas y una hija la cual es la luz de sus ojos, producto de su infelicidad su cónyuge decide tomar a su hija e irse con su amante, desesperado por no saber dónde estaba su familia sale a buscarlas pero desgraciadamente es golpeado brutalmente por unos indeseables haciendo que este pierda la memoria y comience su travesía como un errante sin recuerdos.

I liked the soundtrack quite a lot for the fact that it is characterized by having instrumental music at all times being something very pleasant, at the same time, it manages to transmit that old tone that the film has which makes it even more memorable.
La banda sonora me gustó bastante por el hecho de que se caracteriza por tener música instrumental en todo momento siendo algo muy agradable, a su vez, esta consigue transmitir ese tono antiguo que posee el filme lo que la hace aún más memorable.
The construction of the world is well done, although the film never mentions in which era the events take place, it is not necessary due to the various elements it presents, as well as the clothing and technologies, it is possible to intuit in which year the events are taking place. It is necessary to highlight how pleasant the changes of scenery are, which give a good atmosphere to the various situations. On a social level there is also a weight on the context of the film due to the fact that there is constant talk about the laws that regulated activities such as medicine, and, in addition, the difference between social classes and the treatment of workers, these being conditioning factors for the different future events making the construction of worlds important and relevant within the film.
La construcción del mundo está bien hecha, si bien el filme nunca menciona en qué época se desarrollan los acontecimientos no es necesario debido a los diversos elementos que presenta, así como la ropa y tecnologías se puede intuir en qué año se están desarrollando los hechos. Es menester destacar lo agradable que resultan los cambios de escenografía que le dan un buen ambiente a las diversas situaciones. A nivel social también existe un peso sobre el contexto del filme debido a que se habla constantemente de las leyes que regulaban actividades sobre como la medicina, y, además, la diferencia entre las clases sociales y el trato hacia los trabajadores, siendo estas condicionantes para los diferentes acontecimientos futuros haciendo que la construcción de mundos sea importante y relevante dentro de la cinta.
The plot is quite dramatic and has different twists that complement the drama, in turn, give some complexity and tension to the film, all these elements being the ones that make it quite interesting and the ones that keep the viewer's attention captured. Narratively, the film is quite simple, it has the amnesia of one of its characters as the central focus, although it is an element that can be boring, it manages to work it in a good way so that it has different mysteries and remarkable implications, in addition, the plot has a pleasant rhythm because it takes its time to develop the different events which favors it. The length of the film is a success because it is used to give a correct exploration to the different events, although the latter have some convenience in order to have a happy ending, they are still pleasant because they give a corresponding closure.
La trama es bastante dramática y tiene diferentes giros que complementan dicho drama, a su vez, le dan algo de complejidad y tensión al filme, siendo todos estos elementos los que la hacen bastante interesante y los que mantienen capturada la atención del espectador. Narrativamente, el filme es bastante sencillo, tiene la amnesia de uno de sus personajes como foco central, si bien es un elemento que puede ser aburrido logra trabajarlo de buena forma a fin de que este tenga diferentes misterios e implicaciones destacables, además, la trama tiene un ritmo agradable debido a que se toma su tiempo para desarrollar los diferentes acontecimientos lo que le favorece. La duración del filme un acierto debido a que se utiliza para darle una correcta exploración a los diferentes eventos, si bien estos últimos tienen alguna que otra conveniencia a fin de que se tenga un final feliz igual son agradables debido a que dan un cierre acorde.
The characters are likable, they are not complex but they do have an interesting characterization in most cases, many of the ones that are important have their own background which is not explored extensively, however it lays the foundation for their personality. The most pleasant thing about this section is the way in which they are related because many of them are conditioned by something medical or by social status, being those particularities the ones that give more realism to these interactions, apart from the above there is not much else to highlight since none of them are really complex but they are still pleasant.
Los personajes son agradables, no son complejos pero si tienen una caracterización interesante en la mayoría de los casos, muchos de los que son importantes tienen su propio trasfondo el cual no se explora de forma extensa, no obstante establece las bases para su personalidad. Lo más agradable de este apartado es la forma en que estos se van relacionando debido a que muchos de estos se encuentran condicionados por algo médico o por el estatus social, siendo esas particularidades las que le dan más realismo a dichas interacciones, fuera de lo anterior no hay mucho más que destacar ya que ninguno es realmente complejo pero igual son agradables.
Znachor is a nice film because it tells you a story with different events that condition it and provides a satisfying closure, you can say that it is a bit simple in the sense that it doesn't have really interesting aspirations with respect to exploring various possibly complex events that would have been nice if they had some focus. Despite the above, it is a film that fulfills what it promises, which is to give a dramatic story with some interesting but not complex twists. It is for all of the above that it deserves 3.5 stars out of 7, it is not the deepest movie there is but it has quite pleasant moments that prevent you from getting bored, recommended to watch something entertaining that does not require much analytical skills to understand it.
Znachor es una película agradable puesto que te cuenta una historia con diferentes eventos que la van condicionando y proporciona un cierre satisfactorio, se puede decir que es un poco simple en el sentido de que no tiene aspiraciones realmente interesantes con respecto a explorar diversos eventos posiblemente complejos que hubiese sido agradable que tuviesen algo de foco, pese a lo anterior es una cinta que cumple con lo que promete que es dar una historia dramática con alguno que otro giro interesante más no complejo. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 3.5 estrellas de 7, no es la película más profunda que hay pero tiene momentos bastante agradables que impiden que te aburras, recomendado para ver algo entretenido que no requiera mucha capacidad de análisis para entenderla.
