Bienvenidos mis queridos viajeros sobrevivientes del internet y muchas gracias por haber hecho una parada temporal en mi post, siempre he pensado que la realidad supera con creces a la ficción y el filme “La Sociedad de la Nieve” es una prueba irrefutable de ello al basarse en una historia real sobre como unos jóvenes hicieron todo lo posible para sobrevivir a la inhóspita cordillera de los Andes. Sin más que agregar prepárense para hacer todo lo posible para seguir con vida pues estamos por comenzar.
The Snow Society is a Spanish film that was released in 2023, it is based on real events, directed by J.A. Bayonam, produced by Misión de Audaces Films and El Arriero Films, has a duration of 2 hours and 25 minutes. The soundtrack is extremely emotional, on more than one occasion it excellently accompanies the different moments in the film that range from absolute desolation to small situations of hope, and in all these cases the various scenes feel alive thanks to this accompaniment.
La banda sonora es sumamente emotiva, en más de una ocasión esta acompaña de forma excelente a los diferentes momentos que tiene el filme que van desde absoluta desolación hasta pequeñas situaciones de esperanza, siendo que en todos esos casos las diversas escenas se sienten vivas gracias a este acompañamiento.
The construction of the world is simply excellent, throughout the film (and for obvious reasons) the setting is always the same but it has different meanings as a result of what it represented for the characters in different situations, this makes it possible to empathize. simple way due to how precarious the environment they had to face was.
La construcción del mundo es sencillamente excelente, a lo largo del filme (Y por obvias razones) el escenario siempre es el mismo pero este va teniendo diferentes significados producto de lo que representó para los personajes en diferentes situaciones, esto hace que se pueda empatizar de forma sencilla debido a lo precario que fue el ambiente que debieron afrontar.
The plot is simply captivating, throughout the film you can feel various emotional ups and downs that represent the feelings of the survivors, these downturns being what make the viewer feel interested in their fight for survival. Narratively it is excellent, the film knows how to introduce moral debacles in a good way regarding what is acceptable in order to survive? This questioning being the one that serves as a psychological support point that weighs throughout the film and that never loses importance, the latter in turn is used as an element that little by little takes its toll on the characters, this element is the that makes them feel very human. The duration may seem very long, however, throughout its more than 2 hours you can excellently feel the experiences and difficulties that the poor unfortunates had to go through, which is in turn the reason why it never feels boring. or tedious.
La trama es sencillamente atrapante, a lo largo del filme se pueden palpar diversos altibajos emocionales que representan el sentir de los sobrevivientes siendo dichos declives los que hacen que el espectador se sienta interesado con su lucha por la supervivencia. Narrativamente es excelente, la cinta sabe introducir de buena forma debacles morales con respecto a ¿Qué es aceptable con tal de sobrevivir? Siendo dicho cuestionamiento el que sirve como punto de apoyo psicológico que pesa a lo largo de la película y que nunca pierde importancia, este último a su vez es utilizado como un elemento que poco a poco va haciendo mella en los personajes, dicho elemento es el que los hace sentir muy humanos. La duración podrá parecer muy extensa, no obstante, a lo largo de sus más de 2 horas se puede palpar de forma excelente las vivencias y dificultades que debieron atravesar los pobres desgraciados, siendo a su vez esa la razón por la que nunca se siente aburrida o tediosa.
The characters are very well thought out, they are constructed in such a way that they truly feel like people, in addition, the film has the merit of knowing how to give importance to everyone due to the terrible situation they must face, at the same time, it remains a certain level of tension because you never know what new adversity will hit the survivors and which ones will be able to overcome it, this whole set of elements is seasoned with questions about what is morally correct, the protection of life at any cost and the depressing fact that not everyone will survive; and as a whole they give a wonderful collective character to the characters.
Los personajes están muy bien pensados, estos se encuentran construidos de tal forma de que verdaderamente se sienten como personas, además, el filme tiene el mérito de saber darle importancia a todos debido a la situación terrible que deben afrontar, a su vez, se mantiene cierto nivel de tensión debido a que nunca se sabe qué nueva adversidad será la que azotará a los sobrevivientes y cuáles serán los que podrán sobreponerse a la misma, todo este conjunto de elementos es sazonado con cuestionamientos sobre lo moralmente correcto, la protección de la vida a cualquier costo y el deprimente hecho de que no todos lograrán sobrevivir; e como un todo le dan un carácter colectivo maravilloso a los personajes.
The Snow Society is a hard film to watch due to all the hardships that these young people had to face, that way of knowing how to convey suffering and the small moments of joy are what maintain that realistic and extremely engaging character. It is for all of the above that it deserves 5 stars out of 7, without a doubt it is a highly recommended film that makes it clear that reality always surpasses fiction.
La Sociedad de la Nieve es un filme duro de ver debido a todas las penurias que debieron afrontar dichos jóvenes, esa forma de saber transmitir el sufrimiento y los pequeños momentos de alegría son los que mantienen ese carácter realista y sumamente atrapante. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 5 estrellas de 7, sin lugar a dudas es una película muy recomendada y que deja en claro que la realidad siempre supera a la ficción.
