Leonard es un chico inestable que regresa a la casa de sus padres luego de intentar suicidarse, teniendo ya dos intentos de suicidio, su madre siempre le recuerda que tome sus medicamentos para la bipolaridad. La vida de Leonard da un giro cuando conoce a Sandra, hija del socio de su padre, y a Michelle, su nueva vecina con problemas en casa y todas partes, el amor esta presente pero él no sabe a quien verdaderamente entregarle ese amor.

Una historia de amor de un hombre desesperado, indeciso y poco cuerdo, es lo que es esta película, se muestra en varias ocasiones las actitudes del personaje de no saber que hacer, de estar en un hoyo donde él solo busca que la luz del sol entre para no salir él. Todos sus problemas los deja para él solo, no busca preocupar a otros, no alerta a los demás, a simple vista puede ser solo otro judío normal, alguien con un corazón grande y buenas acciones.
Todo sucede en una comunidad judía en USA, teniendo presente las costumbres de los judíos en año nuevo y cuando dos familias se unen, tanto en negocios como en la vida. El personaje de Leonard parece ser realmente dos personas, mientras transcurre la película se puede ver como toma decisiones que él de verdad quiere pero que su otra parte de hace unos minutos estaría en total desacuerdo. Estalla de ira, de tristeza, se hunde en su propia miseria, pero increíblemente nadie lo ve.
Two Lovers es una película romántica de un triangulo amoroso con un protagonista inestable, no es solo una película de amor y traición, donde las mentiras vienen solo por la lujuria del personaje, las mentiras vienen sin ninguna razón, los sentimientos se ven verdaderos pero uno se llega a preguntar ¿A quien realmente ama Leonard? Esta película con una duración de una hora y cincuenta minutos, me hizo quedarme fascinado con otra historia de amor.
A love story of a desperate, indecisive and not very sane man, is what this film is, it shows on several occasions the character's attitudes of not knowing what to do, of being in a hole where he only looks for sunlight enter so as not to leave it. All his problems he leaves to himself, he does not seek to worry others, he does not alert others, at first glance he may be just another normal Jew, someone with a big heart and good deeds.
Everything happens in a Jewish community in the USA, keeping in mind the customs of the Jews in the New Year and when two families come together, both in business and in life. Leonard's character seems to be really two people, as the film progresses you can see how he makes decisions that he really wants but that the other part of him from a few minutes ago would be in total disagreement. He explodes with anger, with sadness, sinks into his own misery, but incredibly no one sees him.
Two Lovers is a romantic film of a love triangle with an unstable protagonist, it is not just a film of love and betrayal, where the lies come only because of the character's lust, the lies come for no reason, the feelings look true but one one gets to ask who does Leonard really love? This film, lasting one hour and fifty minutes, made me be fascinated with another love story.
He querido cambiar mi enfoque en entretenimiento, queriendo ver alguna animación nueva, solo me he visto Jujutsu Kaisen y aunque sea un anime bastante bueno, no vale la pena hablar de algo ya conocido ¿Alguna recomendación?
