Many of my favorites are because I like the series even though they probably won't win. Most of the categories I will nominate will be the dramatic ones, I haven't had time to watch many comedies, I used to watch a lot of sitcoms but since a few years ago they are the series I watch less.
Before I start , this year the nominees have a great level, I have many favorites and it is very difficult to determine who is going to win.
Without further ado, these are my favorites and my predictions.

Antes de empezar , este año los nominados tienen un gran nivel, tengo muchos favoritos y es muy difícil determinar quién va a ganar.
Sin más, estos son mis favoritos y mis predicciones.
Best Lead Actor - Drama
Let's start with the hardest part, this is crazy! All of the nominees deserve to win. Oh my gosh! We have two actors whose series ended, it's their farewell. Bateman for Ozark and Odenkirk for Better Call Saul. That it was the last season of their series is to their advantage. I would love for Bob Odenkirk to win, yes, sorry, I really like Ozark, but it was the farewell to the Breaking Bad universe.
Watch out, they don't have an easy road. The other contenders are Cox and Strong for Succession, which is from HBO and we know you have a predilection for that company's productions. Although the third season of Succession I think had some ups and downs, both actors are great.
Surprises may come from Adams Scott in Severance, one of the best series of the year. It's his first season, so he may have a shot at a future nomination for another season of the series. But there's an Eastern workhorse lurking, Lee Jung-jae, the actor from the smash hit The Squid Game, can you imagine him winning?
I'm sticking with my favorite, to make his farewell with a flourish: Bob Odenkirk for Better Call Saul.
Best Lead Actress - Drama
There are two actresses from a series that also said goodbye for good: Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh for Killing Eve. There's also Witherspoon for The Morning Show, which has a lot of positive reviews and, of course, the great Laura Linney who played a great character on Ozark. I don't deny that they deserve it, neither does Melanie Lynskey for Yellowjackets, a series that I couldn't finish watching its first episode, I didn't like it. But this category, for me, has already had a winner for a long time.
Zendaya is going to win the Emmy again for her character Rue in Euphoria, I have no doubt. Hey, maybe some of the others will be a surprise, but this category is one of the clearest. Zendaya has no rival, in the episode they sent for the Emmys is where she does a mammoth job. The other actresses enjoy the ceremony, they will have cocktails, but the statuette goes to Zendaya. Yes sir!
Best Supporting Actor - Drama
This category is a war between HBO and Netflix. Between Succession and The Squid Game, they have several actors nominated. So I think Billy Cudrup will be the winner for The Morning Show , he goes alone, other contenders are Christopher Walken and John Turturro for Severance. I would like Turturro to win. Here's a crossroads, it's hard to determine the winner. I will follow my feelings and bet on Turturro. Severance can't walk away empty handed. It is one of the most original series of the year.
Best Supporting Actress - Drama
Why are you making me suffer like this? It's not done, it's cruel. Those of you who read me know which actress I want to see win. It's her farewell, she deserves it, but the road is full of great obstacles, other actresses who have done amazing work.
Sydney Sweeney was excellent in the second season of Euphoria. Patricia Arquette as always, giving acting lessons, this time in a villain role in Severance and Julia Garner saying goodbye to all Ozark fans, with an emotional performance.
Garner has already won the Emmy and is also nominated for best actress in a miniseries, so I hope they finally decide to give the award to Rhea Seehorn. She was the heart and soul of Better Call Saul, she delivered her best performance this season and she deserves it because in previous years she was always forgotten. give Rhea Seehorn the Emmy! don't make me mad, because I send you messages insulting Emmy voters, even though I know you couldn't care less, I'm nobody important.
Best Drama Series
I don't know what Stranger things is doing in this category, sorry, I know I shouldn't have an opinion on this series because I haven't seen a single episode, but it really misses the mark.
Anything can happen. I'd give it to Better Call Saul and that's my sentimental bet. But Severance is another one of the best series of the year, what gives? That BCS says goodbye and Severance will get more chances in the future. Those are factors to take into account, they have done so for years. They have also committed many injustices. How is it possible that The Wire never won the Emmy? It's the best American series in history and they never gave it the award, is that crazy?
I'm too optimistic, the series about Saul Goodman is my favorite, I want it to win, but most likely the Emmys will play it safe and give the award to Susseccion or Eufhoria. The power and prestige of HBO is very great. I hope you'll tell me in the comments which one you think will win in this category.
Best Direction and Best Screenplay
in this category I'm going to go straight to my favorites, even though I know they won't win. Screenplay for Severance and directing for Ozark. Remember that these categories are for a single episode.
Mejor Actor Principal - Drama
Empecemos ya con lo más difícil, ¡esto es una locura! Todos los nominados merecen ganar. ¡Dios mío! Tenemos dos actores cuyas series terminaron, es su despedida. Bateman por Ozark y Odenkirk por Better Call Saul. Que haya sido la última temporada de sus series es algo que les beneficia. Mejor Actor de Reparto - Drama
Esta categoría es una guerra entre HBO y Netflix. Entre Succession y El juego del Calamar, tienen varios actores nominados. No sé qué hace Stranger things en esta categoría, lo siento, sé que no debería opinar sobre esta serie porque no he visto ni un solo capítulo, pero realmente desentona en el cuadro.
Puede pasar de todo. Se lo daría a Better Call Saul y es mi apuesta sentimental. Pero Severance es otra de las mejores series del año, ¿Qué pasa? Que BCS dice adiós y Severance tendrá más oportunidades en el futuro. Eso son factores a tomar en cuenta, así han hecho durante años. Igualmente han cometido muchas injusticias ¿Cómo es posible que The Wire nunca gano el Emmy? Es la mejor serie americana de la historia y nunca le dieron el premio ¿Es cosa de locos?
Soy demasiado optimista, la serie sobre Saul Goodman es mi favorita, quiero que gane, pero lo más probable es que los Emmys vayan a lo seguro y den el premio a Susseccion o Eufhoria. El poder y el prestigio de HBO es muy grande. Espero que me digas en los comentarios cuál crees que ganará en esta categoría.

en esta categoría voy a ir directamente a mis favoritas, aunque sé que no van a ganar. Guión para Severance y dirección para Ozark. Recuerda que estas categorías son para un solo episodio.
Best Supporting Actress Limited Series
One of my favorite limited series has its entire female cast nominated. Five actresses from The White Lotus. For me, the winner is between Jennifer Coolidge and Conie Britton. Either one I'd be satisfied with. Although the fact that all five actresses from the same limited series are in this category may work against them and one of the two actresses nominated for Dopesick may snatch the award away from them. I'll take my chances with the actresses in The White Lotus, which I recommend watching. When you finish reading this post, go find it, it's on HBO.
Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series
There will be a repeat battle between The White Lotus and Dopesick. The latter has very good reviews. From the bench and waiting for his turn , is Seth Rogen, yes that actor I couldn't stand because of his tone of voice and his shouting in the movies, but with his character in Pam & Tommy has earned my admiration. But I'll go out on a limb and tell you my favorite, who must also win, otherwise Troy will burn.
Murray Bartlett is the one who deserves to take this Emmy. Without discussion, the character he plays in The White Lotus is the best of that limited series, his performance is incredible and it's the opportunity of a lifetime. I would hate for him not to take it. I bet all my Hive on this actor in this category. no fear!
Best Lead Actress in a Limited Series.
Another category to die for. This is pure fire. This category is for putting the names of each of the actresses in a basket and having an innocent hand pull out the pape with the winner's name on it. They all deserve it, their performances were fabulous.
Lily James surprised me playing Pamela Anderson, she managed to capture that other actress in the series dealing with the scandal of the intimate tape leak and the stormy relationship with Tommy Lee. Margaret Qualley is also terrific in The Maid, where she works with her real-life mother. Amanda Seyfried transforms into the dreamer who gets carried away by ambition and fools investors with an invention she can't make happen. Sarah Paulson is completely transformed in the third season of American Crime Story about the Lewinsky Affair. I have yet to see Tony Collete, but I know the actress does everything right.
Despite all the talent of the actresses mentioned, I think Julia Garner will be the winner for Inventig Anna. That's the move they will make to get her an Emmy and have Rea win in the other category for BCS. That way, everyone will be happy. Well, not everyone, the winners.
Do you think those smiles on the losers' faces are for real? No. Some must be taking pills to calm down, others will come home to throw plates and dishes against the wall hahaha.
Best actor in a limited series.
Firth , Gardfiel , Isaac, keaton. Pure Hollywood heavyweights. This battle is a tough one, I'm leaning towards it going to Keaton. But since I'm a nut, I'm going to put my money on an actor who can pull off a surprise, besides the fact that his acting is damn good, there's an episode of the limited series that is completely bonkers. I'm talking about Sebastian Stan who plays Tommy Lee. If the awards want to give an irreverent touch, he should be the winner.Haven't you seen Pam & Tommy? I did a review a while back and with that scene I'm talking about, this actor deserves the award.
Best Screenplay Best Directing
In these categories the winners will be Dopesick or Mike White for The White Lotus. You know who my favorite is.
Best Limited Series
My favorites are Inventing Anna, Pam and Tommy and The White Lotus. I think The White Lotus, being from HBO, will be the winner. What's against it? It's the one that has been on the air the longest, the other series are more recent. But I'm still betting on it. I'll tell you again, it's one of the best limited series of last year.
Inventing Anna is the one that can take the award away from The White Lotus, it's newer, has Garner as the lead, which will also win for actress. Netflix sure pulled strings, giveaways here, giveaways there.
Best TV movie
I haven't seen all the nominees in this category, but my prediction is for Ray Donovan, which had a movie made to close its story and it was a sad and beautiful ending. The series had been cancelled and we had been left without an ending, thank goodness they managed to convince the production company to make the fans happy with a definitive closure to the adventures of Ray Donovan and his relationship with his father Mickey.
There are many other categories, even some awards have already been given, for example Arcane, which is a masterpiece of animation, was awarded as best animated series. Mejor Actriz de Reparto Serie Limitada
Una de mis series limitadas favoritas tiene a todo su reparto femenino nominado. Cinco actrices de The White Lotus. Para mí, la ganadora está entre Jennifer Coolidge y Conie Britton. Con cualquiera de las dos estaría satisfecho. Otra categoría para morirse. Esto es puro fuego. Esta categoría es para poner los nombres de cada una de las actrices en una canasta y que una mano inocente saca el pape con el nombre de la ganadora. Todas se lo merecen, sus actuaciones fueron fabulosas.

Pero como soy un loco, voy a apostar por un actor que puede dar la sorpresa, además de que su actuación es condenadamente buena, hay un episodio de la serie limitada que es completamente loco. Me refiero a Sebastian Stan que interpreta a Tommy Lee. Si los premios quieren dar un toque irreverente, él debería ser el ganador. ¿No has visto Pam & Tommy? Hice una reseña hace tiempo y con esa escena de la que hablo, este actor se merece el premio.
Mejor Guión y Mejor Dirección
En estas categorías los ganadores serán Dopesick o Mike White por El loto blanco. Ya sabes quien es mi favorito.
Mejor Serie Limitada
Mis favoritas son Inventing Anna, Pam and Tommy y The White Lotus. Creo que The White Lotus, al ser de HBO, será la ganadora. ¿Qué tiene en contra? Es la que más tiempo lleva en antena, las otras series son más recientes. Pero sigo apostando por ella. vuelvo a decirte que a veas, es una de las mejores series limitadas del año pasado.
Inventing Anna es la que puede quitarle el premio a The White Lotus, es mas reciente, tiene a Garner como protagonista, la cual también ganara como actriz. Netflix seguro movió los hilos, regalitos pro aquí, regalitos por allá.
Mejor película para televisión
No he visto todas las nominadas en esta categoría, pero mi predicción es para Ray Donovan, a la que se le hizo una película para cerrar su historia y fue un final triste y bonito. La serie había sido cancelada y nos habíamos quedado sin final, menos mal que consiguieron convencer a la productora para que los fans fueran felices con un cierre definitivo a las aventuras de Ray Donovan y su relación con su padre Mickey.
Hay muchas otras categorías, incluso algunos premios ya han sido entregados, por ejemplo Arcane, que es una obra maestra de la animación, fue premiada como mejor serie de animación. No voy a dar predicciones sobre las comedias. Pero tú puedes hacerlo. Puedes hacer tu propio post con tus predicciones... ¡anímate!
