Eran producciones crudas, que usaban léxico callejero, mostrando escenas de la vida cotidiana de los criminales, consumiendo drogas, teniendo sexo, ejecutando los robos. Este tipo de cine hacía furor en esa época entre los jóvenes. Especialmente los que provenían de barrios pobres, porque veían reflejada una parte de su realidad diaria en la pantalla grande. Hasta el cielo (Sky High) tiene muchos elementos del cine quinqui, pero también tiene influencia de las producciones de los thrillers de Hollywood. Nos cuenta la vida de un determinado delincuente, en este caso el joven llamado Angel. Hay personajes de las etnias gitanas, que siempre estaban presentes en las viejas producciones de hace cuarenta años. El delincuente es romántico y tiene escenas manteniendo relaciones sexuales con su hermosa novia. Les encanta robar autos de lujo, usan el léxico de los delincuentes hay una pequeña crítica social, al mostrar la corrupción dentro de las altas esferas policiales, abogados y su complicidad con los jefes criminales de la ciudad.
Para mí que soy de Latinoamérica, me resulta familiar este tipo de cine, porque tiene los mismos elementos que las producciones sobre melandros que fueron exitosos en mi país. El más claro ejemplo es el film Sicario, una co-producción entre Venezuela y Colombia que tuvo gran éxito y narraba el ascenso dentro del mundo del crimen de Jairo, quien se convertirá en Sicario para ayudar económicamente a su familia. Aunque son películas muy diferentes, son géneros muy similares. La diferencia es que en las producciones latinoamericanas, la pobreza la delincuencia es más extrema.

Para mí fue difícil separarlo de los anteriores personajes que lo he visto interpretar. No estoy diciendo que hizo un mal trabajo, pero hubo momentos en que no creía al personaje. Eso no impidió que pudiera disfrutar de la historia, pero yo hubiese elegido a otro actor. Para los fanáticos de la Casa de Papel, especialmente las chicas, les gustara mucho el personaje.

Solé, la hija de Rogelio que se enamora de Ángel y terminan casándose, es interpretada por la bailarina y actriz Asia Ortega. Hace una buena interpretación y se nota el cambio cuando transcurren los años y deja de ser una joven que gusta de fiestas para ser la esposa de Ángel y cómplice en sus crímenes. A la actriz la vi en un pequeño rol en el film Cuando los Ángeles Duermen y para los que han visto recientemente El Internado Las Cumbres, ella también participa en esa producción.

Gustara a algunos y a otros no. A mí me gusta el cine español y tenía muchas ganas de verla desde que vi a los actores promocionando el film hace un tiempo. A los jóvenes les va a gustar mucho, tiene todos los ingredientes para que les encante.
Hasta el Cielo es un Thriller donde vemos el ascenso de un joven pobre, sin recursos, en el mundo del crimen. Tener mucho dinero es su objetivo, manejar autos lujosos y estar con la mujer que ama. Pero deberá enfrentar muchos obstáculos, traiciones, la policía, los soplones, la cárcel. Ángel no descansara hasta ser el dueño del mundo, pero el precio a pagar será muy alto y deberá vivir el resto de su vida soportando el dolor.
