Comienza con un viaje familiar de 4 personas que son nuestros protagonistas, cada quien compartiendo en el auto camino al resort, dónde Prisca, la madre de los niños Trent y Maddox está discutiendo con ellos tratando de incentivarlos a disfrutar del viaje y la naturaleza que este presenta en lo que su esposo Guy le presta cierta apoyo (escaso a mi parecer).
It begins with a family trip of 4 people who are our protagonists, each one sharing in the car on the way to the resort, where Prisca, the mother of the children Trent and Maddox is discussing with them trying to encourage them to enjoy the trip and the nature that this presents in what her husband Guy gives her some support (scarce in my opinion).
Al llegar al hotel les ofrecen bebidas escogidas de las encuestas que respondieron en internet y atendiendolos de la mejor manera posible, a lo cual Prisca se impresiona por la calidad del servicio debido a que lo consiguió por un simple aviso de internet, ofrecieron para los niños bebidas dónde conocieron a Idlib otro niño, este se presenta diciendo que el gerente del hotel es su tío dando de recomendaciones sobre qué beber.

Prisca y Guy estaban en medio de una discusión acalorada dónde afirmaban ambos estar inconformes e incómodos con la situación pero que ya habían establecido que lo correcto era darles a los niños unas últimas vacaciones juntas antes de decirles que se iban a separar, algo con lo que Guy no parecía muy conforme y hablaba sobre tener en cuenta la opinión de un doctor por la salud de Prisca, ella se niega claramente diciendo que el doctor había dicho que eso no afectaba en nada y que una separación ya era suficientemente confuso para los niños y si incluían una enfermedad sería peor; acotando que solo duraría tres días y ya. En otro cuarto estaban los dos niños escuchando la discusión y cuando pensaron que habían terminado de gritar Trent se dedicó a ver la carta que había hecho su amigo Idlib en una serie de códigos que habían inventado ellos mismos para comunicarse de forma secreta.

A la mañana siguiente cuando están sentados en la mesa listos para comer llega uno de los trabajadores del hotel que le pregunta cordialmente si ya tienen planificado realizar actividades, lo cuál los niños difieren y él sugirió una playa privada en la reserva de la isla, la cual está rodeada de acantilados gigantes y minerales raros, acota que no a todos los huéspedes del hotel les ofrece dicho sitio y aclara que se los ofrece a ellos debido a que son una familia muy bonita.Dejando la oferta de si quieren asistir a dicho lugar, a lo que ellos aceptan, siendo interrumpidos por una convulsión de otra huésped del hotel a lo cual su esposo la ayuda y explica a los demás que ella es epiléptica espera pacientemente y se asoma un hombre que estaba previamente comiendo en una mesa con su familia, avisando que es doctor, da la recomendación de esperar a que pase todo y solo alejar las cosas con las que se pueda hacer daño.

La señora luego de su ataque de epilepsia se disculpa con los demás huéspedes entre bromas con su esposo. Muestran a una pareja desconocida en una playa donde el chico se ve perturbado,todo lo contrario a la chica que estaba bastante cómoda nadando en el mar.
The lady after her epileptic seizure apologizes to the other guests while joking with her husband. They show an unknown couple on a beach where the boy looks disturbed, unlike the girl who was quite comfortable swimming in the sea.
Luego de estar listos y en el transporte para dirigirse a la playa se dan cuenta de que no son la única familia que irá allá si no que también irá otra acompañándolos en el bus, (La cual es bastante extraña y se ve bastante la apatía considerando que la idea es convivir en familia). Al llegar a la zona el empleado que los llevó les notifica dónde está la isla y que debe irse a resolver otras actividades de forma muy nerviosa y ellos se encargan de seguir el camino a la playa con cierta inconformidad.

No es una mala película, para nada, es bastante o lo diria mejor así: Muy entretenida, pero nada más que eso, no tengo un punto de contemplación más allá de eso, la trama es interesante, noe s muy común es una especie de “dark” (no la puedo comparar, verdad, porque considero que dark es una genialidad, absoluta. Pero la idea de tiempo y espacio es algo por ahí) con menos personajes y una playa interminable.
It's not a bad movie, not at all, it's quite or I would better say so: Very entertaining, but nothing more than that, I don't have a point of contemplation beyond that, the plot is interesting, it's not very common it's kind of "dark" (I can't compare it, true, because I consider dark to be genius, absolute. But the idea of time and space is something out there) with less characters and an endless beach.
