I remember when I was a child I used to imagine living in the world of the cartoons I liked the most, one of my favorites was Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. The funny witticisms of this pair of friends made my days very entertaining, I could spend hours watching them do crazy things. I guess every kid at some point in his life wanted to be part of the gang or family of those two most famous children's characters.
For the kids of that time it was a big surprise when the first Space Jam movie came out with the great Michael Jordan. To see the animated cartoon enter the real world along with the most famous basketball player and to see that they helped him in his life and in the game was really entertaining and a welcoming surprise, filling kids with dreams and big goals in life.
Recuerdo que cuando era niña solía imaginar vivir dentro del mundo de las caricaturas animadas que mas me gustaban, una de mis favoritas era Bugs Bunny y el pato lucas. Las ocurrencias divertidas de este par de amigos hacian mis dias muy entretenidos, podia pasar horas viendolos hacer locuras. Supongo que todo niño en algún punto de su vida quiso formar parte de la banda o familia de aquellos dos personajes infantiles mas famosos.
Para los niños de esa época fue un asombro muy grande cuando salió la primera película de Space Jam con el gran Michael Jordan. Al ver las caricaturas animadas entrar al mundo real junto con el jugador mas famoso de baloncesto y ver que lo ayudaron en su vida y en el juego fue realmente entretenido y una sorpresa acogedora, llenando de sueños a los niños y de grandes metas en la vida.
Today, with the new installment of Space Jam: a new era, it was the adult audience that was even more excited, wanting to relive fun moments from their childhood when they saw the new movie more than two decades after the first one was released.
This time they focus on the life of LeBron James, the best basketball player of this era. Focusing on the conflicts of his family life along with his son Dom who for him his best skill is creating video games instead of going after his father's basketball tradition along with his older brother. LeBron attends the Warner Bros. offices for the creation of his own animation made by the industry's algorithm but after a disagreement with his tastes is canceled, however, that misunderstanding makes the algorithm created by the great and famous industry transforms hatred into revenge. Moving Dom and LeBron to the virtual world of Warner.
Hoy en dia con la nueva entrega de Space Jam: una nueva era, fue el público ya adulto el cual se emocionó mucho mas, querer revivir momentos divertidos de su infancia al ver la nueva película después de mas de dos décadas de haber estrenado la primera.
Esta vez se enfocan en la vida de LeBron James, el mejor jugador de baloscesto de esta época. Concentrandose en los conflictos de su vida familiar junto con su hijo Dom quien para él su mejor habilidad es crear videojuegos en vez de ir tras la tradición de su padre en el baloncesto junto con su hermano mayor. LeBron asiste a las oficinas de Warner Bros para la creación de su propia animación realizada por el algoritmo de la industria pero tras un desacuerdo con sus gustos queda cancelada, sin embargo, ese mal entendido hace que el algoritmo creado por la gran y famosa industria trasforme el odio a venganza. Trasladando a Dom y LeBron al mundo virtual de Warner.
The only way out is if LeBron beats him in a basketball game but the team he must choose is in Looney Tunes, where he finds Bugs and his crazy family to coach them again to play a new game with a new opponent. If LeBron loses the game he must stay in the virtual area and the Looney Tunes will be eliminated from Warner Bros, but if he wins he can leave with his family.
A series of difficulties occur during the game that cause him and LeBron's team to question their chances of winning and fear runs through their minds, immobilizing their plans to escape from the hands of the evil, crazed algorithm. Together they must form a new plan to end his corruption and beat him at his own cheating game.
La única salida es si LeBron le gana en un juego de baloncesto pero el equipo que debe elegir se encuetra en Looney Tunes, donde encuentra a Bugs y su familia alocada para entrenarlos de nuevo a jugar un nuevo partido con un nuevo adversario. Si LeBron pierde el juego debe quedarse en el area virtual y los Looney Tunes serán eliminados de Warner Bros, pero si gana puede salir junto con su familia.
Una serie de dificultades ocurre durante el juego que hacen que el equipo de LeBron y él cuestionen su oportunidad de ganar y el miedo corra por sus mentes inmovilizando sus planes para lograr escapar de las manos del algoritmo malvado y enloquecido. Juntos deben de formar un nuevo plan para acabar con su corrupción y ganarle en su propio juego tramposo.
I must admit that reliving these adventures was 100% reminiscent of my childhood. I'm still excited about the idea of seeing in a world where we can see in real time the famous animated cartoons and be part of their crazy and somewhat dangerous adventures.
A big change that had this movie with great difference from the first one was the special effects and the graphics of the cartoons, creating this time a little more realism in each character at the time of the game and letting us see a different form of their versions of which made them look very good to my mind, with texture and depth, however, I am a very traditional and classic person.
Debo admitir que revivir estas aventuras fue recordar mi infancia al 100%. Me sigue emocionando la idea de ver en un mundo donde podamos ver en tiempo real a las famosas caricaturas animadas y ser parte de sus aventuras alocadas y algo peligrosas.
Un cambio grande que tuvo esta película con gran diferencia de la primera y fue los efectos especiales y la gráfica de los dibujos animados, creando esta vez un poco mas de realismo en cada personaje a la hora del juego y dejandonos ver una forma distinta de sus versiones de la cual los hacian lucir muy bien a mi pensar, Con textura y profundidad, sin embargo, soy una persona muy tradicional y clásica.
I am sure that more than one of the people born in the 90s will have been thrilled to see the news of their favorite childhood cartoons reappearing with a new adaptation; I can imagine them sharing with their families a bit of what their childhood was like with the creations of Warner Bros..
Yo tengo la certeza de que mas de uno de las personas nacidas en los 90s se habrán emocionado al ver la noticia de sus caricaturas favoritas de la infancia reaparecieran con nueva adaptación; me los imagino comparitendo en familia un poco de lo que fue su infancia al lado de las creaciones de Warner Bros.
