En esta oportunidad me uno al concurso de esta semana en esta gran comunidad: ¿Cuál es la mejor película de terror que haz visto?. Debo admitir que no es uno de mis géneros preferidos porque soy bien miedosa jajajaja, pero, he visto varias y tengo conocimiento del tema 😌. Está bien difícil la pregunta porque realmente no tengo una preferida, así que todo se reduce en mi caso a la última película de terror que realmente disfruté y me mantuvo atenta y nerviosa durante su duración.
This time I join this week's contest in this great community: What is the best horror movie you've seen? I must admit that it's not one of my favorite genres because I'm very scary hahahaha, but, I've seen several and I have knowledge of the subject 😌. It's a tough question because I don't really have a favorite, so it all comes down to the last horror movie that I really enjoyed and kept me on my toes and on edge for the duration of the movie.

I love horror movies that are not just about blood and carnage, but also include suspense and are not more of the same, that's why I chose the horror film: "Let me out."

Tiene un comienzo como cualquier otro, la típica pareja feliz que está ansiosa porque el novio va a conocer a la familia de su novia, la cuestión es cuando el protagonista llega a la casa de sus suegros, mismos que en otra toma habían expresado su desagrado hacia las personas de color.
It has a beginning like any other, the typical happy couple who are anxious because the groom is going to meet the family of his bride, the issue is when the protagonist arrives at the home of his in-laws, who in another shot had expressed their dislike for people of color.
Los primeros indicios de que algo no estaba bien no tardan en salir a la luz cuando en su primer día conoce al ama de llaves que por cierto era de color y su comportamiento era de todo menos normal, pero no le dió tanta importancia ya que quería estar en buenos términos con todos. La gota que derramó el vaso fue en la fiesta organizada por los suegros del protagonista, cuando conoce a otro joven de color quién iba acompañado de una amiga de la familia, pero al intentar entablar una conversación este demuestra un comportamiento demasiado extraño y anormal (pasan un suceso de cosas más pero no les quiero hacer spoiler).

The straw that broke the camel's back was at the party organized by the in-laws of the protagonist, when he meets another young man of color who was accompanied by a friend of the family, but when trying to strike up a conversation this shows a behavior too strange and abnormal (happen a succession of things more but I do not want to make spoiler).
Al intentar irse de la casa por diferentes descubrimientos que realizó, empieza la verdadera pesadilla, este es el punto de la película que te mantiene atrapado, es increíble la sensación que transmite el personaje de sentirse atrapado al caer en un vacío de su mente, no sé si alguno ha experimentado la parálisis del sueño, pero podría compararse un poco con esa sensación, no te puedes mover por mucho que lo intentes y eso te hace entrar en un conflicto contigo mismo para tratar de salir de esa situación a toda costa.
When trying to leave the house because of different discoveries he made, the real nightmare begins, this is the point of the movie that keeps you trapped, it is incredible the sensation that the character transmits of feeling trapped falling into a vacuum of his mind, I don't know if anyone has experienced sleep paralysis, but it could be compared a little with that feeling, you can't move no matter how hard you try and that makes you enter into a conflict with yourself to try to get out of that situation at all costs.
Me gusta mucho el desarrollo y la serie de acontecimientos que vienen después, se las recomiendo totalmente, puede llegar a hacerte sentir ansioso con cada minuto que pasa y esperas a ver en qué termina todo. No saben lo satisfactorio que me resultó el final, fue muy buena.
I really like the development and the series of events that come after, I totally recommend it, it can make you feel anxious with every minute that passes and you wait to see how it all ends. I can't tell you how satisfying the ending was for me, it was very good.
