Hello everyone...
The third episode of loki is out, and as I know that in these reviews I give spoilers everywhere I gave 2 days so that everyone could see this episode and give me your opinion in the comments, this episode I think is vital because it reveals much more about loki, the TVA and silvia (lady loki). After giving a summary of the episode I will tell you what I liked the most and what I didn't like so much, I hope you like it.
Episode 3: Lamentis
Episode 3 begins with Silvia making an incantation to the mind of the TVA general that she captured where she asks him to give her the location of the guardians of time, the general mentions to her that they are reached through the golden elevator (an elevator that we see in the credits of the series) and she does it before the TVA squadron goes to that supermarket that was about to be destroyed by the storm.
So after fighting against loki and doing a lot of damage to the sacred timeline with the different reset charges, he goes to the TVA headquarters because that was the plan, to make a mega distraction and that there were not enough guards protecting the elevator that led to the guardians of time.
So after getting rid of about 6 guards as if they were rag dolls, Silvia goes to the elevator when she is interrupted by Loki who begins to fight against her to join him and achieve a goal together, but Silvia does not listen to him because he has other plans in mind, while they are fighting the supreme judge arrives with 2 guards to stop Loki and Silvia, and before they erase them from existence Loki opens a portal to another space-time.
And that's where they arrive in Lamentis, one of the apocalyptic places where Silvia was hiding from the TVA, Silvia wants to return to the TVA but the device with which they open the portals (sorry but I forgot the name) has run out of energy and now they have to undertake a search to charge it, but as it is something that opens portals between space and time requires a lot of energy so they go to a nearby town to try to find something to charge the device that opens the portals.
But when they arrive in the town they realize that all have gone because a moon is going to collide against lamentis 1 and everything will be erased of existence, silvia knowing the so cataclysmic destiny that awaits the place wants to leave there fast, so they arrive at the house of a lady and they ask her where all have gone and the lady answers them that all have tried to go to the ark that will be a way of escape of the place, but she tells them that it will be difficult because those who don't have a ticket won't be able to go up, so Loki and Silvia think about stealing the energy from the ark to recharge the device that opens portals and get out of there, so they go to a train that will go directly to the ark.
And when they arrive they see how only those who have the tickets are the ones who board the train to escape the apocalypse, which coincidentally and like everything in this evil unequal world, only the rich have access to the train, so to board it loki disguises himself as a guard and silvia is a prisoner and with the help of enchantment, they manage to board the train.
When they are inside loki and silvia begin to talk and tell each other things about their lives, then they decide to take a break to avoid talking to people and be discovered, but loki begins to drink a lot and gets drunk and starts to make a fuss and takes off the costume of a guard when Silvia wakes up and sees him, she tells him that something is wrong and then some guards start to fight against them to throw them out of the train, and when they throw them out of the windows they realize that the device that opens portals is broken, so they have no way to get out of there.
As the plan they had to recharge the device that opens portals went down the drain, now they have to board the ark to escape the coming cataclysm, so they decide to walk to the city and board the ark, while they walk loki and silvia continue talking about them and silvia tells loki how she performs the incantations depending on the type of mind and tells him that with the general that appears, in the beginning, it was difficult because she was confused but she used memory when she was on earth, loki answers confused that all the agents of the TVA were created by the guardians but in reality, they are all variants working in the agency (Explosive truth).
When they arrive at the city, chaos breaks out because the destruction of the planet is very close, so they try to go to the ship but in the course of this they fight again against the cops and when they manage to avoid them and go to board the ship, they see how a piece of the moon destroys the ship and ends this episode.
What I liked
Well what can I say, I liked the whole episode since they are developing the story in a very mysterious way, in this episode the name of the lady loki is revealed which is silvia.
The location of the guardians of time is revealed, the truth is that we were watching it all the time in the credits.
It is also revealed that all the agents of the TVA are variants, which explains perfectly why mobius longs much the planes of a magazine, even to reveal this truth in the series, you can between seeing what is the plan of silvia, since it is not the same as that of loki but perhaps (And here I am speculating) is to release someone from the control of the guardians, since as you remember the variants are reset and say that they return them, but those variants never return to the timeline where they belong.
What I didn't like.
Something I don't like about the marvel series and movie is that when the villains start to go to the good side they become weak, we saw it with the winter soldier and now with loki that any enemy knocks him to the ground as if he was a rookie fighting, so that doesn't make sense to me.
Other than that, it's all very good.
in conclusion
I'm already looking forward to the 4th episode of this series and see what happened with loki and silvia and how the heck they could escape from that apocalypse if they were ruined all hope of getting out, also I would love to know what are the plans silvia and know what she wants to do with the guardians of time.
