Fear of heights is very common for anyone in this life, since we are human beings, there will come a time when you have to overcome or face that fear. However, a bad decision, a scare, many times can put at risk the lives of many and even more when one is in the worst situations. In my case, when I get on a ladder and it is only a few meters high, I start to tremble with fear, a fear of falling, now imagine being 600 meters high, what will happen? Surfing Netflix, once again I came across a movie that caught my attention and just by seeing the official poster I immediately started to watch it.
This movie was released and released this year, 2022, is known as FALL, from the first moment is present the theme of overcoming fear, how to face it, something that was developed gradually, but I always kept me attentive to any situation, as it is an interesting topic. To practice one of the most risky sports in the world, such as mountaineering, requires many years of practice, safety, confidence, having the necessary equipment, concentration and above all knowing where to practice this sport, since the life of the person who practices it will be at stake, either by carelessness or any wrong move. It is a very interesting movie because it keeps us attentive to whether or not you can reach the top alive, this is where the real action, suspense and fear begins.
El miedo a las alturas es muy común que lo presente cualquiera persona en esta vida, ya que somos seres humanos, llegara un momento donde se tiene que superar o afrontar ese miedo. Sin embargo, una mala decisión, un susto, muchas veces puede poner en riesgo la vida de muchos y más aún cuando uno se encuentra en las peores situaciones. En mi caso, cuando me monto en una escalera y eso que solo son unos pocos metros de altura, comienzo a temblar del miedo, un temor a caerme, ahora imagínense estar a 600 metros de altura, ¿Qué pasara?. Navegando por Netflix, nuevamente me topé con una película que me llamo mucho la atención y con tan solo ver el póster oficial me impacto de inmediato comencé a verla.
Esta película fue estrenada y lanzada este año, 2022, es conocida como FALL, desde el primer momento está presente el tema de la superación al miedo, como enfrentarlo, algo que se fue desarrollando poco a poco, pero siempre me mantuve atento ante cualquier situación, ya que es un tema interesante. Practicar uno de los deportes más arriesgado del mundo como lo es el alpinismo, se requiere de muchos años de práctica, seguridad, confianza, contar con un equipo necesario, concentración y sobre todo saber en qué lugar se puede practicar este deporte, puesto que estará en juego la vida de la persona que lo practica ya sea por descuido o cualquier mal movimiento. Es una película muy interesante porque nos mantiene atento si podrá llegar o no a la cima con vida, es aquí donde comienza la verdadera acción, suspenso y miedo.

A film that covers many important things for our life, because sometimes we propose something and when we don't get it we give up, we stop fighting and no matter all the motivation and support we receive, because we are the ones who decide whether to continue or give up. Keeping in mind the death of someone and all those shared memories is not easy and that affects the mood. It is here where this production always kept a rhythm, a series of narratives and scenes that are of great quality, to convey a great message and continue until the end of the film, even though there was a moment that were very predictable. In my case, from the beginning to the end I was very happy and satisfied with the film.
Una película que abarca muchas cosas importantes para nuestra vida, ya que a veces nos proponemos algo y como no se nos da nos rendimos, dejamos de luchar y no importa toda la motivación y apoyo que se reciba, porque uno es quien decide si continuar o rendirnos. Tener presente en la mente la muerte de alguien y todos esos recuerdos compartidos no es nada fácil y eso afecta en el estado de ánimo. Es aquí donde esta producción siempre mantuvo un ritmo, una serie de narraciones y escenas que son de gran calidad, para transmitir un gran mensaje y continuar hasta el final de la película, a pesar de que hubo un momento que eran muy predecibles. En mi caso, desde un principio hasta el final quede muy contento y satisfecho por la película.

One of the things that caught my attention is to see these two girls taking on this great challenge, I really thought that everything would be a joke and just to be brave or to be brave they would do it, but it was the opposite, to overcome the great fear they felt, they embarked on this great adventure. From that moment on there came a point where I was shocked, because between jokes, teasing and to see who would go up first and in a matter of seconds they had already climbed some steps, even so their life was at stake. Also something curious and interesting is that I could notice that teamwork, support as good friends that they were and to be able to take things calmly, security during what happened. For me there were some parts of the movie that were a little exaggerated and perhaps in real life it would never happen, because no one climbs so many meters high and much less those who work in it.
Another thing that I liked and I was surprised was how they could spend so many hours mounted in that place, without signal, without being seen and much less without food, also feel the sensation of vertigo every time they looked down is something horrible and could not do much, because everything was rusty, but still do not understand and remained with the doubt, however, really those girls are the best.
Una de las cosas que me llamo mucho la atención es ver a estas dos chichas asumiendo ese gran desafío, de verdad pensé que todo sería una broma y solo por tirárselas de valiente o por llevarle la contraía lo harían, pero fue por todo lo contrario para superar ese gran miedo que sentían se embarcaron esa gran aventura. Desde ese momento llego un punto donde quede impactado, porque entre chistes, burlas y para ver quien subía primero y en cuestión de segundos ya habían subido algunos escalones, aun así su vida estaba en juego. También algo curioso e interesante es que pude notar ese trabajo en equipo, apoyo como buenas amigas que eran y poder llevar las cosas con calma, seguridad durante lo sucedido. Para mí hubo unas partes de la película que fueron un poco exageradas y quizás en la vida real nunca llegue a suceder, porque nadie sube tantos de metros de altura y muchos menos quienes trabajan de eso.
Otra de las cosas que me gusto y quede sorprendido fue como pudieron pasar tantas horas montadas en ese lugar, sin señal, sin ser vista y muchos menos sin comida, además sentir la sensación de vértigo cada vez que miraban así abajo es algo horrible y no se podía hacer mucho, ya que todo estaba oxidado, pero aún no lo entiendo y quede con la duda, sin embargo, de verdad que esas chicas son lo máximo.

Two great performers that I've had the opportunity to see them in other movies.
En cuanto a las actuaciones hicieron un papel increíble desde un principio, siempre demostrando una actitud positiva, donde su vida gira nada más en escalar y para eso se necesita ser muy valiente desde un principio, y no tenerle miedo a las alturas. Por eso nos presentan a una de la protagonista de esta película conocida Becky Connor, quien siempre le gusto ese deporte y era su mayor pasión a pesar de las adversidades que paso, además, por otro lado, tenemos a la mala influencia de su, esa amiga que está un poco alocada, sin embargo, aun si lo hace muy bien durante toda la película, quien es conocida como Shiloh hunter. Dos grandes artista que he tenido la oportunidad de verlas en otras películas.

A movie that is very simple, fresh and easy to understand, I'm sure you will enjoy it and you will be hooked with it, also you will be impressed and it will make you think many things and even more when you start to attack that fear and you imagining yourself in that dangerous and risky situation, thus causing play with your mind. A movie that maybe I will see again and enjoy again all the madness that this couple of girls go through.
Una película que es muy sencilla, fresca y fácil de entender, te seguro que la vas a disfrutar y te engancharas con la misma, además quedaras impresionado y te pondrá a pensar muchas cosas y más aún cuando te comience a atacar ese miedo y tú imaginándote en esa situación tan peligrosa y arriesgada, provocando así jugar con tu mente. Una película que quizás la vuelva a ver nuevamente y volver a disfrutar de toda esa locura que pasan este par de chicas.
