Después de ver una película o incluso al tiempo estoy ansiosa de hablarla con alguien pero justo cuando se presenta la oportunidad mi mente queda en blanco, así como ahora... Pasé una fase donde se me ocurrían excelentes peliculas pero no contaban con los requisitos de la iniciativa de la linda @Mariblue, la cuál consiste en básicamente elegir una película que nos haya gustado y creamos que no recibió el reconocimiento que merece.
Luego se me ocurrieron un montón y elegí: ORÍGENES, está película la ví hace varios años atrás una madrugada que estaba aburrida y navegaba por internet buscando alguna película interesante. Me llamó mucho la atención la sinopsis.

I went through a phase where I came up with great movies but they didn't meet the requirements of @Mariblue's initiative, which basically consists in choosing a movie that we liked and we think it didn't get the recognition it deserves
Then I came up with a bunch and chose: I ORIGINS, this movie I saw it several years ago one early morning when I was bored and was surfing the internet looking for some interesting movie. The synopsis caught my attention.

El protanista, Ian Gray, no es un hombre de fe ni supersticiones eso lo deja muy claro desde el principio, es un experto biólogo molecular que estudia la evolución del ojo humano junto a su asistente Karen, conoce a una chica muy atractiva pero... Lo que más le atrae es su intensa mirada y sus ojos asombrosos, luego de un breve encuentro el queda fascinado con ella por días, incluso ve una valla publicitaria con sus ojos multicolor... evitando que el biólogo deje de pensar en la misteriosa chica.

Ian termina con los ojos vendados y deciden irse a casa, al entrar en el ascensor este se apaga por lo que él desesperadamente decide salir, cuando está ayudando a Sofi a salir prende el ascensor provocando que esta sea cortada a la mitad, causandole una muerte instantánea.

Ian decide acompañar a la niña fuera pero en camino hay un elevador y está empieza a llorar llena de pánico, miedo y angustia solo de verlo, dirige su mirada a Ian, existe un pequeño entendimiento entre ambos. En la escena final muestran que existe similitudes entre otras personas y fallecidos.

Está película me dejó perturbada, debido a cómo se termina desenvolviendo todo y lo extraña de esta teoría, por un lado tenemos el excepticismo del protagonista por cualquier teoría que no sea probada científicamente, luego está Sofi con su espontaneidad, espiritualidad y fe. Aunque realmente esto no representó ningún problema para este romance que tuvo tan trágico final.
This movie left me disturbed, because of how everything ends up unfolding and the strangeness of this theory, on the one hand we have the protagonist's skepticism for any theory that is not scientifically proven, then there is Sofi with her spontaneity, spirituality and faith. Although this really did not represent any problem for this romance that had such a tragic ending.
Es una película independiente de drama y fantasía, con un enfoque muy científico y tecnologíco, dando como resultado la prueba de la existencia de la reencarnación a través de las similitudes en los patrones de los iris, siendo entonces realmente Los ojos la ventana del alma. Me encantó mucho como fue transcurriendo todo en la película de forma que esta teoría bastante original y poco tocada en el cine sea considerada no tan descabellada.
