El productor Steven Soderbergh posee ese estilo original que se preocupa en recrear una historia terrenal, es relatar hechos que suceden o pueden suceder, por ejemplo, situaciones observadas en las producciones audiovisuales como Traffic, La Gran Estafa, El Desinformante, Erin Brockovich, Magic Mike y muchas otras. Además La Lavandería estrenada en el 2019 se basó en el libro Un Mundo Secreto de Jake Bernstein, por tanto, tiene adaptación. La lavandería trata la vida de una viuda que se encarga de investigar sobre el seguro que no indemniza una pena, a medida que avanza la investigación se acerca a los abogados responsables que evadieron impuestos, sacando a flote la historia famosa de los Papeles de Panamá. Comprender un hecho conocido a través de la comedia me hizo sentir nuevamente desencanto que la legalidad está podrida y aún así "funciona".
There are films that paint the hidden reality in a satirical way, and the recent Don't Look Up is proof of this. This genre focuses on sending the information to the natural to tell the truth and convey indignation, astonishment and reflection. In addition The Laundromat released in 2019 was based on the book A Secret World by Jake Bernstein, therefore, it has adaptation. The Laundromat deals with the life of a widow who is in charge of investigating about the insurance that does not indemnify a penalty, as the investigation progresses she gets closer to the responsible lawyers who evaded taxes, bringing up the famous story of the Panama Papers. Understanding a known fact through comedy made me feel again disenchanted that legality is rotten and yet it "works".
Al principio del film no sentía conexión, me sentía desorientada porque no comprendía el lenguaje legal y la analogía; pero luego el curso de la narración hace pausa y los narradores en primera persona son protagonistas y poseen diálogos que explican las razones del porqué están ahí, es decir, contextualizan. La historia se estructura por etapas y nombres que describen la evolución del secreto por el dinero ilícito, la información es detallada de forma de humor y didáctica en recitar de manera relajada lo que significa lavar dinero. Estéticamente, las escenas estilan a estar al nivel de la mentira, donde las puestas en escenas y los diálogos de las historias cruzadas, algunas breves, otras terribles y una que transversa, la viuda que "descubre" el sistema operacional fraude. No obstante, la película expone quienes padecen de este hecho corruptible son sujetos que no violan la ley; aquellos que creen tomar buenas decisiones y son estafados; al mismo tiempo, percibí que una familia para guardar secretos o evitar un problema legal, es corrompida; desde mi óptica, es vulnerable diferentes sistemas que el sistema fraude influye.

Eso me gusta de la película ver a los irresponsables demostrar que también sienten y la privacidad que es su premisa de confiabilidad en las empresas de papel fantasmas traen consecuencias, porque los clientes reaccionan diferentes, ya sea por codicia o rabia; no obstante, no todos los beneficiarios del papel ficticio son mansos o élites
Deseo remarcar que es valiente contar la historia bajo el pensar de los abogados, ya que llegué a tener sentimientos encontrados, empatía al reír y disgustos al escuchar las ideas del comportamiento ególatra para crear empresas fantasmas que sirvieron para lavar dinero. Dicho esto, los actores que componen el grupo actoral, hizo que tomara mi decisión en verla. Tenemos al dueto que hizo burla de los personajes y de la historia, entre ellos Antonio Bandera interpreta a Fonseca un abogado que de servir al otro, terminó por engañar al otro, una actitud despreocupada que tiene el control de todo, pero al ser descubierto de la rabia habla de más. Esta Gary Oldman es Mossack, un alemán inmigrante abogado que decide hacerse notar entre bufetes haciendo dinero sucio; la entonación y distinción de su porte es humor y seriedad, combinación extraña, pero me gustó. Por último está la reconocida Meryl Streep, la viuda que mueve el piso de los abogados, luego de ir hasta diferentes instancias y de investigar consigue el hilo que desconoce el negocio de las empresas fantasma. Una viuda dulce que se deja amar, ser solidario con ella en la búsqueda y después otra revelación que te hace admirar más a la actriz.

However, the film exposes those who suffer from this corrupt fact are subjects who do not violate the law; those who believe they make good decisions and are swindled; at the same time, I perceived that a family to keep secrets or avoid a legal problem, is corrupted; from my point of view, it is vulnerable different systems that the fraud system influences.

So, why should you see The Laundromat?
