La serie, cuenta con cuatro temporadas que tratan sobre un espectacular asalto, por parte de una banda de delincuentes, de la Fábrica Nacional de la Moneda y Timbre en sus dos primeras entregas, y del Banco de España en la tercera y cuarta, que está a la espera de su quinta y última temporada para así finalizar este importantísimo trama de acción y suspenso.

El objetivo principal de esta trama es reclutar un grupo de criminales, los cuales no tengan nada que perder en la vida, para así adentrarse en el edificio y permanecer dentro durante varios días con el fin de conseguir fabricar 2.400 millones de euros.
The main objective of this plot is to recruit a group of criminals, who have nothing to lose in life, in order to enter the building and stay inside for several days in order to manufacture 2.4 billion euros.
En la tercera y la cuarta temporada varía la trama principal y, esta vez, el objetivo de la banda es asaltar el Banco de España para hacerse con el oro que se encuentra dentro de la cámara acorazada y así a su vez poder rescatar a uno de sus compañeros que fue capturado por los efectivos policiales.
In the third and fourth seasons the main plot changes and, this time, the objective of the gang is to assault the Bank of Spain to get the gold that is inside the vault and thus in turn be able to rescue one of his companions that he was captured by the police.
