Greetings to you all and a wonderful Sunday to we all. Today I'm pleased to share with us the best time to take dinner before going to bed.

Time is very important in our daily affairs. If you don't walk with time, you might missed out an important thing in life. I discovered that in life, we can't do without time. No wonder they used to say "Time will tell". I used to think what this really means but i got the understanding while i was in the Polytechnic.

For you to succeed, you have to walk with time and also doing serious calculations on how things will go.

Don't do the right thing at the Wrong time.

The purpose of this post is to let us know the best time to eat our meal before going to bed as the title specify. I will advice that the best time is from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. This time frame is very important if only we keep to it.

Many people today don't know the actual time to eat their dinner, but with the help of this post, you can now have a schedule time for your dinner and this will help to improve your health status.

Imagine eating eba or fufu at 10:00pm before going to bed; this will not only make you feel tired but cause a lot of challenges you might not know and which may not show up now. Lets look at some of the benefits and disadvantages of eating dinner on time and late. Please follow me closely.

Health Benefits of eating your dinner early.

• Taking dinner early, gives you sometime to sit and relax for at least an hour for digestion to take place.

• Don't eat too much heavy food at night as this will help to ease your sleep.

• It equally help in boasting metabolism in our system and equally reduces blood pressure.

• It makes you look fresh and health. Note if only we can schedule proper time for our dinner, most health challenges faced would be solve.

Disadvantages of eating your dinner late.

• The pot belly you see many men had, is caused by late night food. This caused the cells not to function well thereby having a differnt shape.
• Eating late at night makes you to feel very hungry early in the morning.
• Whenever you eat late, you don't have enough time to relax for digestion to take place. Now once you sleep, all the cells in your body sleeps too, thereby causing indigestion to take place.
• Indigestion of food increases blood pressure and affect blood sugar. All this symptoms are caused by late eating and the choice of food we eat.

I believe we have full knowledge now on when to eat our dinner and the health benefits derived. We have also looked at the effects of eating late and what it causes.
