A man in Edmonton, who was previously an RCMP Officer, denounces the Lockstep Policy used by RCMP Officers against the orders of the sheriffs who have higher rank. Sadly the Sheriffs feel out numbered, so they let their minions, employees, RCMP Officers galivant around using fear to control people.
