Fungi Friday. Variety of mushrooms

Hello, fungi lovers! Fungi Friday has come again and it's time to immerse yourself again in this beautiful and fascinating kingdom of mushrooms, which impresses with its diversity. Usually when we talk about mushrooms, we mean edible mushrooms (those that can be found on supermarket shelves in the simplest case or the most common wild edible mushrooms), but the species diversity of mushrooms is much wider. We do not know, perhaps, 90% of the names of mushrooms that come to our eyes. For example, I do not know the names of the mushrooms in the two photos below.

I took these photos during a mushroom hike in late September. I have already shared photos of the most valuable mushrooms I found then. Now it's time just for beautiful photos of mostly unfamiliar to me mushrooms 😉.

For "dessert" we have a fantastic-looking mushroom, similar to someone else's from space horrors, which has a lot of names. It is called "devil's fingers", "starfish", "octopus", "cuttlefish". The scientific name of this fungus is Clathrus archeri. (Clathrus archeri).
