Typical food || Mushrooms in the local language (kulat)

Hi hivers

🍄Fungi lovers🍄

White mushrooms are commonly called shiitake mushrooms in Indonesian, chewy mushrooms. Usually, if the rain drops on a Friday, it is likely that there will be heavy rain or drizzle for a whole week. On this day I found chewy mushrooms that were thriving in dead coconut trees, these chewy mushrooms if in my area Indonesia became one of the special dinner menu items.

This chewy mushroom can be processed into a variety of special food menus including cooking it by making Acehnese fried indomi, sauteed coconut milk, and sauteed green chilies. Mushrooms also include one vitamin for body health and are very suitable for all kinds of minor ailments.

Mushrooms are the most consumed by China, for them mushrooms have become the main food in everyday life. Mushrooms are a food ingredient for vegans and vegetarians. As a source of vegetable protein, the taste and texture of mushrooms are no less delicious than animal meat. Mushrooms are also easily processed into various dishes and specialties.

Cultivating mushrooms is very easy without sowing seeds from stage to stage, do you know how to cultivate chewy mushrooms or this stiitake by placing a few straws or wooden sticks that are no longer used. Then wet the object with water and then cover tightly without any air entering and leaving. In one week you will see the results in the following way you will see them grow.
