Hello fungi lovers, a few days ago while I was walking through the forest in search of new photographs, I came across for the first time this fungus known by its scientific name as Sparassis crispa or bulgarly called cauliflower fungus.
This was the first shot I made of the fungus, try to capture it with a view from the ground and in profile, trying to make out its shape and size, in addition to showing the place where it was born and you can also see the moss that accompanies it.
In the photograph on the left you can see the fungus from an aerial view where you can see its size, shape and color, the shot on the right is a close-up that I made, we can notice the small holes in it, here you can see better the texture.
This is a view from another angle, where the complete mushroom is observed, the texture is very striking, soft and spongy, but despite being seen like this to the touch it is quite the opposite since it is very rigid and heavy, and can weigh up to 30 kilos.
