Jelly ear fungus, among others, with a common name we often hear with Auricularia auricula-judae(A.auricula), from a very close family Auriculariaceae as a food mushroom that is very easy to grow in Indonesia in a variety of types of work. researching from the list of fungi, one of which is this jelly ear fungus

A.auricula fungus, it is very easy to find dead and damp trees that live in groups waiting for the change of the last season to come again with a new humid place, because after raining for a few days in my village this fungus grows so fast in a week.

This mushroom has no bad qualities or things that cause death after I read the news about its goodness I wanted to cook, but my mind hesitated because I saw its growth directly in the germ house between rotten wood.

Mushroom Auricularia auricula-judae has a fleshy structure that is chewy and slightly sticky like jelly with a clear color that is slightly different from other mushrooms in the fungi kingdom. Small granules initially grow and then at the turn of the season this fungus becomes weak and quickly rots, what's more, this is the rainy season which makes this mushroom have a little lifespan, sometimes it can last for a week or more which is difficult to predict because of the weather.
