Hello everyone, another switch in the forest ... last week, after prolonged rains, my wife and I again wanted to get fresh forest air, and as an additional reason this is a rather exciting activity of searching and picking edible mushrooms. This time we were not disappointed in this sense, although we did not get out very early around noon and, as they say, people collected before us, nevertheless we managed to collect a fairly decent number of "Polish", mostly small and young since the old and large were collected before us, this is a forest along the highway in the direction of Vydubychy, quite a lot of competitors came in large numbers. also found a little "butter" and as many as two "white". The walk was a success, the day was wonderful ... Immediately upon arrival home, everything that was collected had to be cleaned and, of course, I recommend preparing a super delicious dish of mushrooms and potatoes! And somewhere 2 kg in reserve in the freezer ... We wish you good health and all the best.
Всім привіт, чергове перемикання в лісі ... минулого тижня, після затяжних дощів ми з дружиною знову захотіли на свіже лісове повітря, і як додатковий привід це досить азарт заняття пошук і збирання їстівних грибів. На цей раз ми не разочаролісь в цьому сенсі, хоча ми вибралися не надто рано близько полудня і як то кажуть люди позбирали до нас, проте вдалося зібрати досить пристойну кількість "польських" в основному не великих і молодих так як старі і великі були зібрані до нас, це ліс вздовж траси в напрямку Видубичі, досить багато конкурентів наїхало. також знайшли трохи "маслюків" і аж два "білих". Прогулянка вдалася, день був чудовий ... Відразу по приїзду додому все що назбирали довелося чистити і звичайно готувати супер смачне блюдо грибочки з картоплею ммм рекомендую! І десь 2 кг про запас в морозилку ... Бажаємо вам міцного здоров'я і всіх благ.
