Welcome to the 13-teen edition of Fungi Lovers digest!
A set of cool maze-looking tree fungus from Aceh forest by @jasonmunapasee. Do check this splendid macros! I wish you more encounters like this in the future. Oh, and note how ordinary does this mushroom look like from above. Dont be lazy to check the inner side of the things, comrades!
@laurakatze is a new FL subscriber, a vivid nature lover and curious life enquirer from Poland. In her very post to FL she reported of a very rare and protected mushroom - _Hericium collaroides. _
@abduhawab presented a series of images of cinnabar tree fungi from Aceh forest.
@valerianis boasted with a nice trophey of Oysters he harvested in the forest. Wild oysters are more tasty then the home-grown ones, did you know that!
@sketch.and.jam during his foray visit to the forest had an intresting find: a 1976 nickel stuck in a branch. And, of course, some edible shrooms! Every now and then you find weird things in the forest...
@anzirpasai is another new fungi lover from Sumatra, Indonesia - 'converted' by the nice fungi visuals posted in FL. I cannot but express how much I enjoyed his set of macros of an aging drying ephemera shrooms. It is a pure poetry! Do check and enjoy the visuals. I am really looking forward to see more of your mushroom finds!!
@ummamah1 from Aceh told no intresting story and did not bother to identify the little fella she found, but that doesnt matter: one could not but fell in love with this red head sweetie. So cute! I wish you more great finds like this.
@suzana72 encountered some tree Judas Ear fungi, and created a good captures. And a happy find: spring morels!!!
