Photo reportage. Beauty of nature. Forest and mushrooms

1.jpg

Our forest in the South Urals is mixed - birches and pines grow.
Amazing nature gives us many beautiful landscapes.
And the beauty of the forest is in front of you in the photo.

2.jpg

In the birch forest, you can find such large mushrooms.
These are Boletus mushrooms that grow all summer.
This year there were a lot of mushrooms in the forest.

3.jpg

Here is such a young pine forest, where mushrooms also grow.
But in this young pine forest, only Butter mushrooms grow.
This is one of the most delicious and aromatic mushrooms.

4.jpg

In this photo, and the Oiler mushroom itself, which we found.
He hid in the leaves and grass, thought that we would not find him.
But we still found the mushroom, plucked it and put it in our basket.

5.jpg

And there are many such young birch forests around us in the region.
There is such a pleasant air of young foliage among the birches.
You look for and collect mushrooms with pleasure and joy.

6.jpg

And now another mushroom hid under the leaves in the forest.
You can walk in circles and find mushrooms every time.
It seems that all these mushrooms grow in one place?

7.jpg

The beauty of the birch forest meets any of us as soon as you -
I went into the forest and immediately into the birch tree, which...
Waited for you all this time while you were at home in the city.

8.jpg

And the mushroom stands in the forest - so lonely and waiting.
Us when we come to him and take him to our basket.
Which we are happy to do every time we come to the forest.

9.jpg

Birches in the forest grow so quickly here - right before our eyes.
Last year these were very small trees - birch trees are fragile.
And this year they have already grown so well, you do not know.

10.jpg

Butterlets in the forest grow in colonies, there are many of them.
If you find one mushroom, it means there will be more nearby.
This always happens - you can put a basket in one place.

11.jpg

The beauty of the Ural nature, amazing landscapes around.
When you find yourself in the forest, it’s like a fairy tale.
And this fairy tale continues all summer until winter comes.

12.jpg

And what about autumn? So autumn is also a good time of the year.
There are many different mushrooms in the forest that we collect.
And then we cook, fry, dry, salt and pickle all these mushrooms.

BEAUTY OF NATURE. FOREST AND MUSHROOMS.

As I wrote earlier, there are more than 200 species of mushrooms in our forests in the Southern Urals alone (and maybe much more) and they are subdivided into edible, inedible and poisonous. They say that there are only 50-60 types of edible mushrooms, and we, in general, collect no more than 8-10 types of edible mushrooms. And this is quite enough for our kitchen. But we, the mushroom hunters, are primarily interested, of course, in edible mushrooms. And these are cap mushrooms, as they are also called. In Russia, we collect and love to eat, especially mushrooms such as Bely or also called Borovik. But the British and Americans do not consider these mushrooms valuable and good. Strange somehow, right? We also love to collect and eat russula, which we boil and salt. But in Europe in France and Germany, they are considered poisonous. And that's weird, isn't it? Mushrooms in Russian cuisine have always been considered the most wonderful dish; they will replace even meat in their taste. If we talk about mushrooms, then they can be found everywhere - in the forest, in the steppe, by the river or on old and abandoned dung heaps. These are mushrooms like Chanpignons. These mushrooms are just as popular on the shelves of retail chains - just like Oyster mushrooms, which are grown in greenhouses. And we still love mushrooms from the forest that have grown in nature. They are tastier and more aromatic, and, apparently, healthier.
