Nothing Can Stop Them Growing After the Rain

This is my contribution to #fungifriday, organized by @ewkaw and supported by the Fungi Lovers Community Team.

Today the weather is quite friendly after heavy rain poured into my town yesterday morning. Since this morning, I've been planning to hunt mushrooms in the afternoon. Yup, you also know. After the rain, nothing can stop mold from growing in damp places.

This afternoon, I went to an oil palm plantation not too far from my town. My guess was right. You can see what I found. Mushrooms occur on fallen oil palm trees. I was lucky. If I had postponed the mushroom hunting the next day, they would have died from exposure to the sun.

These are the mushrooms captured by my smartphone camera.
