Comienzo diciendo que el estar embarazada es una experiencia maravillosa y para mi fue muy agradable, a pesar de tener un embarazo de riesgo por tener útero bicorne, es decir doble útero, mi doctor dijo que tenia que ser cesárea, ya que por tener doble útero el no sabia cuando podría crecer mi saco embrional, por lo cual debía guardar reposo. y eso por una parte fue muy bueno porque pude disfrutar mi embarazo en casa totalmente consentida.
I start by saying that being pregnant is a wonderful experience and for me it was very pleasant, in spite of having a risky pregnancy due to having a double uterus, my doctor said that I had to have a cesarean section, since by having a double uterus he did not know when my embryonic sac could grow, so I had to rest.
Como consecuencia aumente 20 kilos en mi embarazo la consentidera jeje, esto le preocupaba tanto a mi doctor como a mi, pero el día de la cesárea llego y todo salio normal, tuve a mi primer Hijo Alejandro, recuerdo que cuando estaba en plena cesárea yo no quería que me durmieran completa porque quería verlo, saber como era, tenía miedo que me lo robaran, en ese tiempo se robaron muchos niños recién nacidos y eso me preocupaba. Pero todo salio a la perfección y hoy ya mi niño tiene 14 años.
As a consequence, I gained 20 kilos during my pregnancy. This worried both my doctor and me, but the day of the C-section arrived and everything was normal, I had my first son Alejandro. "I remember that when I was in the middle of a C-section I didn't want to be completely asleep because I wanted to see it, to know how it was, I was afraid that it would be stolen, at that time many newborn children they stolen and that worried me. But everything worked out perfectly and today my boy is 14 years old".
El amamantar no fue fácil, casi no me salia leche y el bebe no chupaba mucho, pero había que intentarlo.
Breastfeeding was not easy, I almost didn't get any milk and the baby didn't suck much, but we had to try.
Mi cesárea fue muy dolorosa, nadie dijo que sería difícil, reírse, estornudar y toser con una cesárea, esto es horrible, asía pase con dolores fuertes como 10 días, pero por supuesto feliz.
My C-section was very painful, no one said it would be difficult, laughing, sneezing and coughing with a C-section, this is horrible, so I passed with strong pains as 10 days, but of course happy.
Con mi segunda cesárea todo fue más fácil, pues como que uno ya sabe lo que va a pasar y esta un poco más preparado. se hace más fácil.
With my second C-section everything was easier, because you already know what is going to happen and you are a little more prepared
Aunque no estaba preparada para una depresión post-parto, ya que mi primer hijo tenia 2 años y la niña acababa de nacer y ella comía mucho, yo casi no dormía, en el día debía atender al niño y de noche a la niña, era terrible para mi, lo que hacía era llorar y mis manos temblaban, logre superarlo como a los 3 meses, tenia el apoyo de mi madre y mi esposo, que me ayudaron mucho.
Although I was not prepared for post-partum depression, since my first child was 2 years old and the girl had just been born and she ate a lot, I hardly slept, during the day I had to take care of the child and at night the girl, it was terrible for me, what I did was cry and my hands trembled, I managed to overcome it at about 3 months, I had the support of my mother and my husband, who helped me a lot.
Hoy estoy muy agradecida con Dios por darme la oportunidad de tener una familia maravillosa, agradecida con Dios por darme mis dos razones más hermosas de vida y mi esposo y padre ejemplar.
Today I am very grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to have a wonderful family, grateful to God for giving me my two most beautiful reasons for living, and my exemplary husband and father.
