Playground Adventurer #3 - A Pirate Ship Just For Kids

The entire playground is shaped after a ship. Really neat looking and made with solid wood. I don’t remember seeing this theme before.

I was worried to have her try the rope bridge as it’s about 4 feet above the ground, but she loves testing her walking skills.

She was able to cross it with only some verbal guidance. It wasn’t wobbly at all, so it was easier to balance on.

A rope to climb up the side of the playground. She didn’t need to use the rope, nor was she skilled enough to hold onto it.

A long slide in proportion to her height. I guessing it’s for 7 year olds and older.
She loved it. They don’t have metal slides in the USA anymore that I’ve seen because of the burn risk.

Really like the fake windows at the bottom of the ship. It’s a perfect prop for a group of imaginative boys.

Nice sturdy steps and railing to the top of the slide.

A slide pole down into the ocean. Not sure if that resembles anything on a ship or is just purely for fun. She didn’t slide down it.

Privacy wall. Not sure why. The playground is completely surrounded by high rise apartments.

I really like this playground. It’s never crowded, even at the peak time. We were there at 6pm on a Saturday in perfect weather. It’s in the middle of a bunch of high rise apartments, so a lot of people passing by, but not many stopping to join in.

Mask compliance is 100 percent in Korea, so I had to pretend she was wearing one. It’s a bigger one that she keeps under her nose. Usually everyone leaves when we show up because the virus spikes are often blamed on foreigners.
