Weekend Mode of Sage Alexander (Beach Day and Ambulance Moment)

We always look forward to the weekend because we can enjoy the beach in the morning.

Sage Alexander enjoyed the freedom of running to and fro as there were not many people around. The weather was good and we tried to make most of the sun! We stayed for two hours and decided to drive through Ephelia resort where the calmness of the water was just so relaxing as well.

In the end when it's time to go home, Sage had a funny moment as he couldn't say the word, Ambulance properly though when he heard the alarm he eventually would say "mommy am-bli-lance...

Saturday on the Beach!

Mostly here on a weekend basis, locals and tourists are spending most of the time on the beach. As I have shared mostly on my posts that people are having "beach parties" as part of their lifestyle.

I would say it is pretty much holistic knowing that it would refrain you from spending unlike back in my country wherein on a weekend especially on Sundays, we tend to spend most of the time in the shopping malls! There's always the temptation to "buy" things.

Sage loved the freedom! His simple joy with the waves and as his das was making a boat out of the coconut leaves was so amusing to look at. We spent time together as a family which allowed us to bond with one another despite our crazy schedules at work. We see to it that our topmost priority is our baby.

After all, when we decided to become parents, we knew that giving our TIME to one another is essential to the growth of Sage Alexander. He is learning faster when it comes to his cognitive, language, social, and emotional development.

That Ambulance (Am-bli-lance) Moment

It was around his nap time Sage played with his legos, made some objects out of it and he loved putting it together to make a cubic if not a bridge.
By then I had to ask him the different colors as well as why he made those objects. I have to ensure he could interact with what I was asking him to retain his attention.

He heard an ambulance passed by and all of a sudden said,

"mommy am-bli-lance".

It was fun to hear him saying the word knowing how he tried his best to utter it correctly. I had to say it again slowly yet when he knew for himself that he's still having difficulty, he tried to divert the topic into his legos instead. Kinda strategic!
