Me he encontrado fuera durante algunos dÃas porque no me he sentido muy bien, supongo que mi recuperación es progresiva pero un poco lenta, lo cual es estresante, pero como la salud es lo principal paciencia es lo que único que debo tener.

Hace un par de dÃas fue mi cita al médico para chequear otra vez mis valores y solicitar nueva cita con los especialistas que necesito ver, un internista y un ginecólogo.
La primera cita la hice a través del Whatsapp después de haberme trasladado hasta la clÃnica y haber obtenido el número para hacerlo, ya que esa es la manera como funciona aquà el sistema médico para los venezolanos, de una vez aproveche y solicite una para Gabriel quien fue operado del corazón hace ya un año y le tocaba una revisión general antes de ir al cardiólogo para su control.
A couple of days ago was my appointment at the doctor to check my values again and request a new appointment with the specialists I need to see, an internist and a gynecologist.
I made the first appointment through Whatsapp after having gone to the clinic and getting the number to do so, since that is the way the medical system works here for Venezuelans, I took the opportunity to request one for Gabriel who had heart surgery a year ago and he needed a general checkup before going to the cardiologist for his control.
Nos fijaron la cita a ambos para el mismo dÃa a la misma hora, pues era una consulta general, dónde midieron nuestros signos, nos pesaron y nos midieron, apenas llegamos a la clÃnica mi hijo lo primero que me preguntó fue si habÃan pijamas y camas para dormir, pensando que se volverÃa a quedar como cuando lo operaron, esto me hizo recordar aquel momento y tuve sentimientos encontrados en ese instante pero le expliqué que solo verÃamos al médico y volverÃamos a casa rápido, que no debÃa preocuparse porque más tarde estarÃa de nuevo jugando con sus hermanos.
They made the appointment for both of us for the same day at the same time, because it was a general consultation, where they measured our signs, weighed us and measured us, as soon as we arrived at the clinic my son asked me if there were pajamas and beds to sleep in, thinking that he would be like when he was operated, this made me remember that moment and I had mixed feelings at that moment but I explained to him that we would only see the doctor and we would go home quickly, that he should not worry because later he would be playing again with his brothers and sisters.
Transcurrió la cita, nos chequearon y con Gabriel todo está en orden solo una pequeña tos para la que le recetaron un medicamento y un suplemento alimenticio para mantenerlo más saludable porque deberÃa aumentar un kilo más, pero en general está muy bien, lo que me hace feliz.
Por mi parte, la mayorÃa de malestares se han ido, solo sigue un pequeño dolor en el cuello para lo que me recetaron medicinas también, fue algo rápido pero además obtuve el número del cardiólogo pediatra que vera pronto a Gabriel para su control del corazón, asà que eso fue maravilloso, pues aquà no es fácil conseguir ese especialista.
The appointment passed, we were checked and with Gabriel everything is in order, only a little cough for which he was prescribed a medicine and a food supplement to keep him healthier because he should gain one more kilo, but in general he is doing very well, which makes me happy.
As for me, most of the discomforts are gone, just a little pain in my neck for which I was prescribed medicine as well, it was something fast but I also got the number of the pediatric cardiologist who will see Gabriel soon for his heart control, so that was wonderful, because here it is not easy to get that specialist.
Al salir de la clÃnica, decidà pasar un poco de tiempo con Gabriel a solas, pues recordé que una vez @rodrikun17 Me mencionó que cuando el estaba pequeño y salÃa solo con su madre se sentÃa especial, asà que quise probar.
De camino a la casa queda un centro comercial, por el cual pasamos antes de llegar a la clÃnica y Gabriel me menciono cuando pasábamos por allà " mamá podemos pasear un rato aquà después de ir al médico". Asà que de regreso caminamos un poco por el lugar y a pesar de que en casa tenÃamos el almuerzo preparado para comer al llegar, decidà comer solos los dos.
After leaving the clinic, I decided to spend some time with Gabriel alone, I remembered that once @rodrikun17 mentioned to me that when he was little and went out alone with his mother he felt special, so I wanted to try it.
On the way home there is a shopping mall, which we passed by before getting to the clinic and Gabriel mentioned to me as we were passing by " mom we can walk here for a while after we go to the doctor". So on the way back we walked around the place for a while and even though we had lunch ready to eat when we got home, I decided to eat just the two of us.
Gabriel estaba muy feliz, nos sentamos en una mesa y pedimos un pollo solo para nosotros dos, hacÃa mucho tiempo que no pasabamos tiempo juntos sin más nadie, al salir fuimos por un barquilla de McDonald's sabor a vainilla y él se lo comió mientras caminábamos por el centro comercial.
Gabriel was very happy, we sat at a table and ordered a chicken just for the two of us, it had been a long time since we had spent time together without anyone else, on our way out we went for a McDonald's vanilla flavored wafer and he ate it as we walked through the mall.
Fue una tarde genial, solo para nosotros. Cumplimos con algo importante y la pasamos bien a solas, esto es algo que quiero repetir con cada uno de mis hijos, darle su tiempo y espacio a cada uno por separado de ve en cuando, ya que generalmente si salimos vamos todos juntos.
Pero me dà cuenta que es necesario para fortalecer nuestros lazos individuales, asà que pronto les contaré sobre otras salidas madre e hijo 🤗💕
It was a great afternoon, just for us. We accomplished something important and had a good time alone, this is something I want to repeat with each of my children, give their time and space to each one separately from time to time, since usually if we go out we all go together.
But I realized that it is necessary to strengthen our individual bonds, so soon I will tell you about other mother and son outings 🤗💕.
