Esta semana que acaba de pasar hemos tenido momentos difíciles en mi familia, mi madre hace aproximadamente 15 días le dio un malestar muy fuerte se llevó de urgencias y a partir de allí le quedaron secuelas que nos pusieron alertas y comenzamos a buscar otras opiniones para su mejoría y salud, ya ella está por cumplir 70 años y por ende su salud es más delicada.

This week that has just passed we have had difficult moments in my family, about 15 days ago my mother had a very bad feeling, she took her to the emergency room and from then on she had sequelae that made us alert and we began to seek other opinions for her improvement. and health, she is about to turn 70 and therefore her health is more delicate.

El día de su malestar fue llevada a una clínica bajo el seguro médico del trabajo de mi hermana, allí le recetaron unas medicinas y no le dieron ningún diagnóstico, todos en la familia vimos que mi madre no estaba bien a pesar de los medicamentos y nos alertamos, comenzamos a buscar soluciones ya que el seguro de mi hermana no cubría gastos suficientes.
La llevamos a una doctora internista excelente que ve consultas en una cooperativa cerca de la casa de mi madre y ella le diagnosticó un ACV esquemico, para que mi mamá no se asustara ya le habíamos dicho nuestras sospechas, ya que eso parecía su malestar, solo que no estábamos seguros, y no teníamos conocimientos de que un ACV daba de una forma por llamarlo leve, las personas que he visto que han sufrido de esto quedan con las mitad de su cuerpo inmóvil y por suerte mi mamá sufrió leve decaimiento físico en las mitad izquierda de su cuerpo y una pequeña parálisis facial.

We took her to an excellent internist doctor who sees consultations in a cooperative near my mother's house and she diagnosed a schematic stroke, so that my mother would not be scared, we had already told her our suspicions, since that seemed like her discomfort, just We weren't sure, and we didn't know that a stroke gave in a way to call it mild, the people I've seen who have suffered from this are left with half of their body immobile and luckily my mom suffered slight physical decay in the left half of his body and a small facial paralysis.

Para mi y mis familiares no ha sido facil no pensar en las consecuencias, pero debemos mostrarnos fuertes ante mi madre, la doctora le explico de una manera muy clara los riesgos si no se cuida (ya que a veces no hace caso y no cumple con las dietas o con los medicamentos) y lo responsable que debe ser al tomar sus medicinas, y le mando una cantidad de exámenes, al salir de la consulta mi mama se sentía preocupada porque todo lo que le mandaron es costoso, le dije que no se preocupara por eso que sus hijas resolveríamos ese detalle.
Pero algo inevitable para nosotros fue en cómo haríamos, la preocupación nos invadió y la pregunta como haríamos para costear todo eso, no queríamos decirle nada a mi hermana en Peru ya que ella también ha tenido sus complicaciones por allá pero en vista de lo que veíamos en mi mamá le informamos de lo que estaba sucediendo y ella impulsivamente colocó en sus estados una imagen solicitando ayuda para mi madre.
Fue increíble como muchos de sus amigos allá en Peru reaccionaron a la imagen y recibimos ayuda de varias personas, mi hijo por medio de su trabajo también recibió un donativo, de verdad fue algo milagroso y muy emotivo, le agradecimos mucho a Dios por toda la generosidad que recibimos, se lo hicimos saber a mi madre y ella pudo sentirse tranquila y muy feliz, así que pasamos toda la semana dedicándonos a llevarla a todos los médicos y sus exámenes.
Primero por sugerencia de la doctora la llevamos a hacerse una tomografía cerebral para saber que tanto daño sufrió su cerebro debido al Acv, ese día mi madre aceptó ir a mi casa luego del examen y pasar con nosotros el día, le dio mucha felicidad ver a su gallo claudio el cual está en nuestro hogar ya que ella no lo podía cuidar y pudimos consentirla con algunos alimentos sanos para ella.
Me dio mucha felicidad que aceptara ya que ella luego de su malestar no quería varias veces le insistí y no me acepto, supongo que sentía temor en irse lejos de su casa, y ella solo prefería hacer diligencias cerca de allá.
For me and my relatives it has not been easy not to think about the consequences, but we must show ourselves strong before my mother, the doctor explained to her very clearly the risks if she does not take care of herself (since sometimes she ignores and does not comply with diets or medicines) and how responsible you should be when taking your medicines, and I send you a number of tests, when leaving the office my mother felt worried because everything they sent her is expensive, I told her I don't know worried about that that her daughters would solve that detail.
But something inevitable for us was how we would do it, concern invaded us and the question how we would pay for all this, we did not want to say anything to my sister in Peru since she has also had her complications there but in view of what we saw in my mom we informed her of what was happening and she impulsively placed an image in her statuses requesting help for my mother.
It was incredible how many of his friends there in Peru reacted to the image and we received help from various people, my son also received a donation through his work, it really was something miraculous and very emotional, we thank God very much for all the generosity that we received, we let my mother know and she was able to feel calm and very happy, so we spent the whole week dedicating ourselves to taking her to all the doctors and her exams.
First, at the doctor's suggestion, we took her to have a brain tomography to find out how much damage her brain suffered due to the ACV, that day my mother agreed to come to my house after the exam and spend the day with us, she was very happy to see her rooster claudio which is in our home since she could not take care of it and we were able to pamper her with some healthy food for her.
She made me very happy that she accepted since after her discomfort she did not want to several times I insisted and she did not accept me, I suppose she was afraid to go away from her house, and she only preferred to run errands near there .

Al día siguiente la llevamos a hacer exámenes de laboratorio y a la consulta con el endocrino ya que la otra doctora le mandó un eco tiroideo , mi mamá también presentó malestares en su garganta y que otros médicos sólo le recetaban antibióticos, esta doctora la examinó a profundidad y notó algo en su tiroides por lo que sugirió este examen.
El endocrino afirmó esta sospecha y estamos esperando los resultados de los exámenes ya que tardan una semana luego de allí le colocará el tratamiento adecuado, ese mismo día en el mismo sitio la vio la cardióloga, corrimos con mucha suerte de encontrar unos doctores excelentes.
La Cardiologa la examinó muy bien y luego de hacer la revisión a su corazón le diagnosticó Esclerosis aortica lo cual es algo común a su edad y la cual piensa que es la causa principal de las subidas de tensión, le cambió el medicamento y le recomendó guardar tranquilidad y hacer pequeñas caminatas, en ese particular mi mamá es excelente ella camina mucho y esto le ha servido para su recuperación.

The endocrinologist affirmed this suspicion and we are waiting for the results of the exams since they take a week, after which he will give her the appropriate treatment, that same day the cardiologist saw her in the same place, we were very lucky to find some excellent doctors.
The Cardiologist examined her very well and after checking her heart, she was diagnosed with aortic sclerosis, which is common at her age and which she thinks is the main cause of blood pressure surges. peace of mind and take short walks, in this particular my mother is excellent, she walks a lot and this has helped her recovery.

Nos da mucha felicidad y tranquilidad al saber que mi mamá ha evolucionado excelente, los doctores la han felicitado ya que las personas que padecen Acv quedan con muchas secuelas y hasta llegan a requerir terapias, pero es que pueden creer que mi mamá no tiene quietud 😂, los días que hemos salido al médico he creído que va a llegar a casa cansada y se acostara.
Cómo vivimos muy retiradas, la dejamos en su casa y debemos volver a nuestros que haceres, al rato nos avisa mi papá o mi sobrino que viven con ella informándonos que ha salido y no ha habido manera de mantenerla en casa, a pesar de explicarle los peligros de que salga sola, ella no hace caso, solo le pido a Dios que la cuide en sus salidas y que me la mantenga muy activa ya que ella siempre ha sido así, y eso la ha ayudado a mejorar rápidamente.
También ella misma ha buscado mucha información en Internet y allí ha conseguido cantidades de ejercicios que puede hacer en casa para mejorar de sus malestares, con respecto a la parálisis facial ella le quedó secuelas en su lengua, la cual se le traba en ocasiones al hablar.
En Internet ha conseguido alguna serie de ejercicios y ella los ha practicado por su propia cuenta, de verdad en esto felicito mucho a mi madre ya que ha tenido una fuerza de voluntad enorme en salir adelante, no todo el mundo tiene esa capacidad de querer vivir y salir adelante.
Por los momentos estamos esperando los resultados de los exámenes para saber cuál será su tratamiento para la tiroides, gracias a Dios ya está cumpliendo con el tratamiento para todo lo demás, esperamos que siga evolucionando bien y que pueda acompañarnos por muchísimos años más 🤗🙏

On the Internet she has found a series of exercises and she has practiced them on her own, I really congratulate my mother on this since she has had enormous willpower to get ahead, not everyone has that ability to want to live And carry on.
