Un maestro le da conocimientos educativos a un estudiante pero además de eso un maestro nos enseña moralidad, nos da valores éticos y trata de mejorar la personalidad del estudiante para que sea un mejor ser humano, las personas pasan por alto una mayor cantidad de cosas que obtienen de los maestros, las escuelas y los estudiantes también elogian el evento del día del maestro y valoran la importancia de los maestros en nuestras vidas.
Los maestros son como un tercer padre, y pueden pasar tanto tiempo con sus alumnos como lo hacen sus padres originales, ellos influyen en la vida del estudiante de muchas maneras, desde su rendimiento académico hasta su visión de la vida, crean un entorno en el que el estudiante se siente seguro y protegido para explorar sus intereses y pasiones, animan a sus alumnos a luchar por la excelencia y nunca darse por vencidos, incluso cuando se enfrentan a obstáculos, por lo que los estudiantes aprenden mucho de ellos.

Los maestros son un factor importante que influye en la vida de un estudiante y pueden tener un impacto tanto positivo como negativo, y al igual que los padres ellos serán un ejemplo a seguir, ellos influyen mucho en animar a los niños a pensar y explorar el mundo que les rodea, Fomentan la curiosidad, la creatividad y las habilidades para resolver problemas, que son esenciales para el éxito en la vida.

The growth and development of a child depends on how the teacher treats them and molds them to be successful, the teacher must have patience, tolerance and always have a smile on their face (although I know it is not easy since sometimes the children personal problems invade us) this will make children want to be with them and learn from them voluntarily; otherwise, the students will only see him as some kind of enemy, someone undesirable and will not want to learn anything from them.

En mi experiencia como estudiante puedo decir que tuve los mejores maestros y profesores que pude tener, en ellos encontré grandes amigos, excelentes educadores y en la actualidad cuando me consigo con alguno lo abrazo y les tengo mucho aprecio, esa es la idea principal que debe tener un maestro con sus alumnos crear buenos lazos afectivos manteniendo siempre el respeto.
Esta generación es distinta pero en mi caso he tenido mucha suerte, ya que en mi trayecto de madre me he topado con maestros verdaderamente valiosos para mis hijos y han recibido tanto una educación excelente como una amistad valiosa, un gran vínculo de alumnos-maestros que les perdurará toda su vida, por eso y por mas “FELIZ DÍA DEL MAESTRO”
