En este proceso necesario que entiendo y apoyo porque soy docente jubilada, los estudiantes han dejado de recibir algunas clases presenciales, sin embargo los profesores que se han sumado a estas asambleas, han tratado de asignar plan de evaluación y actividades de manera que los estudiantes no se atrasen en sus aprendizajes.
Por lo tanto mi rutina diaria tuvo un cambio luego del asueto decembrino y he retornado a las tareas escolares, obviamente como apoyo de mis hijos, en especial de mi hijo y sus amigos. Aunque se les evalúa de forma individual, por lo general se asignan muchos trabajos grupales tanto en actividades asignadas en clases como para el hogar.
Esta estrategia implementada por los profesores ha beneficiado mucho a los estudiantes debido a que algunos con dificultad para establecer relaciones sociales han tenido la oportunidad de hacerlo, han hecho amigos y se ayudan mutuamente. Mi hijo por ejemplo tiene su grupo de compañeros de clases y amigos mas cercano, sin embargo también por iniciativa propia ha optado por hacer algunas actividades en clases con otras personas y esto me ha sorprendido gratamente.

In this necessary process, which I understand and support because I am a retired teacher, the students have stopped receiving some classes, however the teachers who have joined these assemblies have tried to assign evaluation plans and activities so that the students do not fall behind in their learning.
Therefore my daily routine had a change after the december break and I have returned to school work, obviously to support my children, especially my son and his friends. Although they are evaluated individually, they are usually assigned a lot of group work both in activities assigned in class and at home.
This strategy implemented by the teachers has greatly benefited the students because some who have difficulty establishing social relationships have had the opportunity to do so, have made friends and help each other. My son, for example, has his group of classmates and close friends, but also on his own initiative has chosen to do some activities in class with other people and this has pleasantly surprised me.
La razón de ello es porque siempre había seguido un patrón y se mostraba reacio a los cambios, esta etapa ha sido positiva y me hace feliz. El es un joven de carácter tranquilo, le gusta ayudar a su compañeros y por ello todos quieren hacer trabajo en equipo con el. Iniciaron los trabajos en equipo y luego del asueto, los chicos se quejaban de manos cansadas cuando apenás estaban iniciando, es irónico pero luego de tanto tiempo sin hacer tareas no podía esperar otra cosa.
Las grafías se tornaron mas pequeñas en unos y grandes en otras, poco a poco volverán a tomar el ritmo porque inició el segundo período que tiende a ser más exigente. Retomando el tema del trabajo en grupo, en días pasados hablaba con una vieja amiga quien se mostraba sorprendida por las notas obtenidas por un sobrino quien según contaba poco abría los cuadernos en casa y había aprobado todas las materias.
Me correspondió explicarle sobre el método utilizado en la institución y como este beneficia a los estudiantes, ellos aprenden cuando trabajan en equipo, si bien no lo niego hay estudiantes que poco aportan bien porque no investigan o simplemente porque no absorben nada de estas porque solo cortan y pegan información. Pero cuando se unen a los equipos durante la discusión absorben información que les permite dar sus propios aportes durante las lluvias de ideas o discusiones socializadas del curso.
Las actividades en equipo en la secundarias son indispensables, porque propicia el intercambio de ideas, la creatividad, valores y promueve el crecimiento de liderazgos en los equipos, lo cual no es malo, porque son jóvenes que en un futuro les corresponderá asumir este en sus hogares y empleos. Los que no asuman liderazgos porque vamos a estar claros cada quien va creando su propia personalidad, aprenderán a trabajar en equipo y seguir las pautas de acuerdo a ello.

Team activities in high school are indispensable, because they foster the exchange of ideas, creativity, values and promote the growth of leadership in the teams, which is not a bad thing, because they are young people who in the future will assume this role in their homes and jobs.
