- Orégano Orejón: Esta planta la preparo como te caliente por las noches cuando mis hijos presentan malestar de tos ya que ayudan aliviar el malestar de la tos, gripe, congestión nasal entre otros, la preparo utilizando una taza de agua y agrego 3 hojas de orégano dejo hervir hasta que se reduzca a media taza de infusión a la cual le agrego una cucharadita de azúcar para endulzar aunque no posee mal sabor.

-Chinchamochina: Es una planta que utilizo en bebidas para la familia ya que tiene beneficios que ayudan a subir las defensas y también en baños para mi hijo ya que por las altas temperaturas le han salido salpullido y también cuando le dio lechina ya que ayuda a refrescar la piel.
