Quisiera que todas las mamás primerizas sepan que nuestros pequeños cuando están recién nacidos quieren mamar a cada rato y a veces quieren permanecer muchoo tiempo pegado a su teta solo por el olor, por el calorcito, por instinto porque estando en la teta se sienten protegido y aunque a veces resulta bastante cansón y nos provoca tirar la toalla del cansancio sus ojitos hermosos nos dan las fuerzas para seguir adelante y que la cercanía continua permite establecer una producción adecuada de leche para ellos.
I would like all new moms to know that our little ones when they are newborns want to suckle all the time and sometimes they want to stay attached to their teats for a long time just because of the smell, because of the warmth, instinctively because being on the teats they feel protected and even though sometimes it is quite tiring and causes us to throw in the towel of fatigue, their beautiful eyes give us the strength to move on and that continuous closeness allows us to establish an adequate milk production for them.
Aunque para nosotros la lactancia es aprendida y muchas veces tenemos que informarnos porque desconocemos de muchas cosas y tenemos dificultades para ellos es normal succionar como mecanismo de supervivencia y muchas veces nos duelen los senos y para que nos salga más leche debemos de olvidarnos de muchos mitos que existen como tomar agua de avena,agua de hierbas y olvidarnos del reloj 🧭, llenarnos de paciencia, oxitocina y nutrirnos bien.
Although for us breastfeeding is learned and many times we have to inform ourselves because we do not know about many things and we have difficulties for them it is normal to suck as a survival mechanism and many times our breasts hurt and in order for more milk to come out we must forget many myths that exist like drinking oatmeal water, herbal water and forgetting about the clock 🧭, filling us with patience, oxytocin and nourishing ourselves well.
Resulta un poco cansón pero todo sacrificio tiene su recompensa y no hay mayor recompensa que el solo hecho de ver a tu bebé sonreír esto hace que cualquier percance que tengamos desaparezca cuando ellos nacen son nuestros todo y cualquier cansancio no es suficiente por ellos.
Ser padres nos cambia la vida para siempre porque las experiencias son maravillosas
It is a bit tiring but every sacrifice has its reward and there is no greater reward than just seeing your baby smile, this makes any mishap we have disappear when they are born they are our everything and any fatigue is not enough for them.
Being parents changes our lives forever because the experiences are wonderful

Quise realizar este post porque cuando somos madres primerizas nos aborda muchas veces el miedo y la inseguridad de lo estaré haciendo bien, será así? Y nos llenamos muchas veces de temor, es por esto que debemos de seguir nuestros instintos y disfrutar de cada etapa con lo más hermoso que Dios nos regala nuestros hijos.
Me siento enamorada de mis hijos 😍🥰💕 aunque me sacan muchísimas canas verdes cada día aprendí muchísimo de ellos y aprendo a ser mejor persona por ellos y para ellos, la maternidad nos cambia muchísimo nuestra perspectiva de la vida es completamente distinta nos volvemos personas más responsable y con un gran sexto sentido ya que hay personitas que dependen de nosotros y queremos ofrecerles lo mejor,así que adaptamos nuestra vida a ellos para disfrutar de sus etapas, aprender y crecer junto a ellos.
I wanted to make this post because when we are first-time mothers, fear and insecurity often address us that I will be doing it right, will it be like this? And we are filled with fear many times, that is why we must follow our instincts and enjoy each stage with the most beautiful things that God gives us our children.
I feel in love with my children 😍🥰💕 although I get a lot of green gray hair every day I learned a lot from them and I learn to be a better person for them and for them, motherhood changes us a lot our perspective of life is completely different we become more people Responsible and with a great sixth sense since there are little people who depend on us and we want to offer them the best, so we adapt our life to them to enjoy their stages, learn and grow with them.
