Hola querida familia de @motherhood, un saludo cordial para todos espero se encuentren llenos de mucha salud al lado de sus seres queridos, hoy me encuentro con ustedes para dar seguimiento al daily Challenge de la semana 40 día 3 #vidademama, en esta oportunidad hablaremos sobre esas locas recomendaciones de salud que recibimos.

Como mamá siempre estoy dispuesta a escuchar algunas recomendaciones y consejos de aquellas personas o familiares que tienen un poco mas de experiencias porque han pasado por situaciones con sus hijos que les ha dado ese conocimiento, pero tambien es claro que no todos los niños y organismos son iguales por lo tanto no le prestan los mismos tratamientos.
As a mom, I am always willing to listen to some recommendations and advice from those people or relatives who have a little more experiences because they have gone through situations with their children that have given them that knowledge, but it is also clear that not all children and organisms are the same, therefore, they do not provide the same treatments.
Entre las recomendaciones mas locas de salud que he escuchado a otros padres esta automedicar a sus hijos, se han atrevido a darles antibioticos sin saber si es el indicado para la enfermedad que tiene o si la dosis es la adecuada, siendo esto algo terrible no se puede dar a un pequeño un medicamento sin antes consultar al medico. Lo correcto siempre sera informarse con profesionales para evitar alguna reaccion adversa o intoxicación en nuestros hijos que pueda acarrear un problema mas grave.
Among the craziest health recommendations that I have heard from other parents is to self-medicate their children, they have dared to give them antibiotics without knowing if it is the right one for the disease they have or if the dose is adequate, being this something terrible I do not know You can give a little one a medicine without first consulting the doctor. The right thing to do will always be to inquire with professionals to avoid any adverse reaction or poisoning in our children that could lead to a more serious problem.
Las personas no tienen idea de lo peligroso que es automedicarse, siempre encontraremos personas que creen saber mas que un medico sin haber obtenido estudios al respecto, pero esta en nosotros tomar la decisión correcta por el bienestar y la salud de nuestros hijos.
People have no idea how dangerous it is to self-medicate, we will always find people who believe they know more than a doctor without having obtained studies about it, but it is up to us to make the right decision for the well-being and health of our children.
Mi recomendación es no ingerir ningun medicamento por consejo de otra persona, a no ser que sea un especialista de la salud, recuerda que no todos los farmacos hacen el mismo efecto ya que no todos los organismos son iguales.
My recommendation is not to take any medication on the advice of another person, unless it is a health specialist, remember that not all drugs have the same effect since not all organisms are the same.
