Hola querida familia de @motherhood, un saludo cordial para todos espero se encuentren llenos de mucha salud, en esta oportunidad me encuentro con ustedes para dar inicio al daily Challenge de la semana 40 día 1 #vidademama, sobre la terapia de lenguaje en nuestros hijos.

La terapia de lenguaje se encarga de ayudar a rehabilitar a aquellos niños que presentan problemas de retraso y dificiltad en el desarrollo del habla. Mis hija siempre fue una niña que desarrollo su motricidad al hablar a muy temprana edad ya con dos años se expresaba perfectamente, mi pequeño hijo con apenas 11 meses aun no se puede identificar ninguna anomalia pero hay que estar muy atentos a cualquier sintoma que se presente.
Speech therapy is responsible for helping to rehabilitate those children who have delayed and difficult speech development problems. My daughter was always a girl who developed her motor skills by speaking at a very early age, and when she was two years old, she expressed herself perfectly, my little son with only 11 months still cannot identify any anomaly but we must be very attentive to any symptoms that arise .
Sin embargo un dia estaba jugando con mi sobrinito y tomandonos algunas fotos sacando la lengua me percate que la punta se le partía en dos, fue algo que me llamo mucho la atencion y se lo comente a su mama (mi hermana), todos nos sorpredimos y lo llevamos al foniatra la cual nos dio un diagnostico errado porque dijo que tenia un frenillo y eso se estiraba con el tiempo entonces nos quedamos tranquilos.
However, one day I was playing with my nephew and taking some photos, sticking out his tongue, I noticed that the tip was splitting in two, it was something that caught my attention and I told his mother (my sister) about it, we were all surprised And we took him to the speech therapist who gave us a wrong diagnosis because he said he had a frenulum and that stretched over time so we were calm.
Ahora despues de dos años mi sobrino empezo asistir a sus terapias ocupacional y enseguida la doctora se dio cuenta que tenia dificultad para pronunciar algunas palabras y resulta que tiene un frenillo corazón al cual hay que hacerle terapia de lenguaje para que estire y asi poder cortalo y seguir con las terapias de lenguaje despues de la operacion y no puede pasar de los 5 años para realizarle la intervencion, inaginense que solo le queda 1 año para todo eso.
Now after two years my nephew started attending his occupational therapies and right away the doctor realized that he had difficulty pronouncing some words and it turns out that he has a heart frenulum to which you have to do speech therapy to stretch and So to be able to cut it and continue with speech therapy after the operation and can not go beyond 5 years to perform the intervention, imagine that he only has 1 year left for all that.
Mi Consejo para algunas mamis es que esten muy pendientes de la evolucion de sus hijos en cuanto a este tema del habla, lamentablemente los diagnosticos no siempre son los correctos, es importante obtener una segunda opinion, aunque la situacion económica a veces no sea la mas idonea es importante hacer un esfuerzo para que no sucedan complicaciones mas adelante.
My advice to some moms is to be very aware of the evolution of their children regarding this issue of speech, unfortunately the diagnoses are not always correct, it is important to get a second opinion, although the economic situation sometimes is not the most suitable it is important to make an effort so that complications do not happen later.
