Un cordial saludo a todas las madres que integran este hermosa comunidad #motherhood, debo confesar que me he sentido mucho mejor estos días leyendo contenido dentro de esta comunidad. En mí ultimo post les confesé algo que estaba experimentado y que estaba viviendo muy fuertemente en mí día a día, realmente era una sensación bastante agobiante, pero hoy que gracias a Dios todo ha mejorado y me siento muy feliz y muy contenta.
◉ A cordial greeting to all the mothers that make up this beautiful #motherhood community, I must confess that I have felt much better these days reading content within this community. In my last post I confessed something that I was experiencing and that was living very strongly in my day to day, it really was a quite overwhelming feeling, but today, thanks to God, everything has improved and I feel very happy and very content.
Yo estaba entrando a un cuadro depresivo, por el hecho que sentía que no estaba dedicando calidad de tiempo a mí bebe, y esto era causado porque he tenido largas y extensas jornadas de trabajo, y como comprenderán, luego de tanto trabajo nos agotamos y llegamos cansadas a casa, y lo unicó que deseamos es dormir y recobrar energía.
◉ I was entering a depressive picture, due to the fact that I felt that I was not dedicating quality of time to my baby, and this was caused because I have had long and extensive working hours, and as you will understand, after so much work we exhausted ourselves and arrived tired home, and the only thing we want is to sleep and regain energy.
Esas largas horas de trabajo como les dije, estaban provocando depresión y mucha ansiedad.
◉ Those long hours of work as I told you, were causing depression and a lot of anxiety.
Luego de conversar con mi esposo lo que estaba atravesando, hemos llegado a un acuerdo en acuerdo mutuo, hemos decidido comenzar un nuevo proyecto de vida, hemos decidido que cambiare de trabajo por uno que me permita pasar más tiempo junto a mi hijo, para de esta forma conseguir un balance entre lo laboral y el arte de ser mamá.
◉ After talking with my husband about what I was going through, we have reached a mutual agreement, we have decided to start a new life project, we have decided that I will change jobs for one that allows me to spend more time with my son, to stop this way to achieve a balance between work and the art of being a mother.
