¡Hola, Chicos de Hive!
Una vez más Ammy y yo les traemos un video donde queremos enseñarles una de sus últimas experiencias.
Como les contaba en publicaciones pasadas, Ammy, a pesar de ser la mayor, es la que menos sale a causa del covid-19, sin embargo hemos estado confiando en que todo saldrá bien y confiando en ella, ya que es una niña madura, que sabe cumplir las medidas de bioseguridad y que además no podemos tener encerrada en una burbuja.
El día sábado su abuela la llevó a un Curso de Brownie, en el cual la inscribí, ya que a ella le gusta mucho la repostería y por ello decidimos incluirla en esto.

Once again Ammy and I bring you a video where we want to show you one of her latest experiences.
As I told you in previous posts, Ammy, despite being the oldest, is the one who goes out the least because of the covid-19, however we have been trusting that everything will be fine and trusting her, as she is a mature girl, who knows how to comply with biosecurity measures and that we can't keep her locked in a bubble.
On Saturday her grandmother took her to a Brownie Course, in which I enrolled her, as she likes baking very much and that is why we decided to include her in this.

Cuando le dije a Ammy que iría al curso primero se emocionó pero luego surgieron algunas dudas, me preguntó que como iba a hacer si los otros niños no llevaban mascarilla, que cómo iba a degustar su preparación si para ello debía quitarse la mascarilla y además me dijo tener miedo.
Esto llamó de gran manera mi atención y me hizo ver que definitivamente tanto encierro no estaba haciendo nada bien. Le expliqué que la maestra o facilitadora me había prometido que todos usarían las medidas de bioseguridad y así fue.
La chica que dictó el curso me envió las fotografías que en su mayoria salen en el video, otras fueron tomadas mi mamá y el video donde ella habla saludandoles, fue grabado por mí.
When I told Ammy that I was going to the course she first got excited but then some doubts arose, she asked me how she was going to do it if the other children were not wearing masks, how she was going to taste her preparation if she had to take off her mask and she also said she was afraid.
This really got my attention and made me realise that all this confinement was definitely not doing any good. I explained that the teacher/facilitator had promised me that everyone would use the biosafety measures, and so she did.
The girl who taught the course sent me the photographs, most of which are in the video, others were taken by my mother and the video where she talks and greets them was recorded by me.

A pesar de sus miedos, Ammy llegó a casa muy contenta, con un Brownie de muestra y dijo que quería asistir a los próximos cursos. Este curso tuvo una inversión de $5 y le dejó una gran experiencia.
Ammy, está muy emocionada y dice que pronto compartirá con ustedes esta y otras recetas.
Siempre es bueno apoyar a nuestros hijos y motivarles a dejar sus miedos y seguir adelante, esto además de darles seguridad, muestra nuestra confianza en ellos.
Despite her fears, Ammy came home very happy, with a sample brownie and said she wanted to attend the next courses. This course had an investment of $5 and left her with a great experience.
Ammy is very excited and says she will be sharing this and other recipes with you soon.
It is always good to support our children and encourage them to let go of their fears and move forward, this not only gives them confidence but also shows our trust in them.
