Pero si se puede, y lo logre.

Cuando realizamos un acto por mas de 21 días seguidos este se convierte en un habito. Hoy día estudiar mínimo 2 horas desde las 9:30pm, resulta para mi relajante y des-estresante luego de haber tenido un día de mucho trabajo y ajetreo.
