Привіт! Давно вже чув про смішні чи безглузді закони, наприклад, заборону поливати рослини під час дощу, носіння одягу певного кольору в конкретні дні тижня тощо. Ймовірно, деякі з них дійсно існують, а інші є звичайним фейком. Цікаво, чим керувалися наші народні обранці, коли розробили та передали в Раду законопроєкт про мотивування в'язнів генерувати електроенергію за допомогою педалей. Мотив простий — зменшення строку. Так, за активне педалювання протягом року можна зменшити термін ув'язнення на цілий місяць.
Коли ця новина з'явилась в ЗМІ, то спочатку подумав, що це звичайний фейк. Та був здивований, адже законопроєкт дійсно зареєстрований, переданий до Ради й нині розглядається.
Картина маслом. Хлопці випили чефіру, висмалили по пару цигарок та й ну крутити педалі на велогенераторах, що були придбані на прозорому аукціоні. Вся зона сяє, навколо освітлюється територія, парки, електроенергія рухається швидкими потоками на підприємства, заводи олігархів. Країна відмовляється від небезпечних атомних станцій, банкрутують ГЕС та ТЕС. Вони вже не потрібні. Дорогу велогенераторам та м'язистим ногам ЗК!
Трохи розігралась фантазія. Я добре вчив фізику й розумію, як і ви, що законопроєкт провальний. Хай при певних умовах може засвітитися лампа накалювання. Звичайно, що з сучасними лампами на діодах буде простіше. Публікацію на цю тему написав американський фізик Адам Франк. Він підкреслив, що для забезпечення американського будинку електроенергією в подібний спосіб, мається на увазі використання велогенераторів, знадобилося б не менше 40 слуг, а то й 50. Якщо ж крутити педалі доведеться одній людині протягом 10 годин, то можна вийти на результат в 1 кВт. А що ж той 1 кіловат? Достатньо включити в розетку пилотяг, фен та мікрохвильову піч й все стане зрозуміло. Виходить, що людству потрібні все ті ж копалини: нафта, газ, торф...
Цікаво, що ніякого економічного підґрунтя проєкт закону не має: так, просто проєкт. Та й важко щось уявити, щоб хлопці з поняттями пересіли на такі байки, велогенератори. Ось як буває, коли люди живуть на одній планеті, навіть в одній країні, а знаходяться в різних реальностях.
