Одразу зазначу, що я не фанат футболу, проте ігри збірної України та деякиї українських команд пропускаю рідко, тому трішки, навіть, в темі того про що пишу. Сьогодні розповім про місце на яке потрапила зовсім випадково, коли їхала по справам та вийшла на одну зупинку раніше. Знайомтесь - сквер "Історії футболу". Місце, котре повинен відвідати кожен, кому цей вид спорту цікавий :)
I will say at once that I am not a fan of football, but I rarely miss the games of the national team of Ukraine and some Ukrainian teams, so a little, even in the topic of what I write about. Today I will tell you about a place I came to quite by accident when I was on business and went to one stop earlier. Meet the square of "History of Football". A place that should be visited by everyone who is interested in this sport :)

Отже, почнемо з того, що сквер був відкритий 2 вересня 2014 року. Тоді ж знову відкрив свої двері відновлений після пожежі Музей футболу. Ініціатором створення скверу став член клубу вболівальників футболу Еммануїл Ганев. Він, до речі, є автором створення музею футболу, в який я обов'язково найближчим часом піду :)
So, let's start with the fact that the park was opened on September 2, 2014. At the same time, the Football Museum, restored after the fire, reopened its doors. Emmanuel Ganev, a member of the football fans' club, initiated the creation of the park. He, by the way, is the author of creating a football museum, which I will definitely go to soon :)
На початку скверу нас зустрічає "Золотий м'яч" - нагорода, котра вручається найкращому футболісту світу.
At the beginning of the park, we are greeted by the "Golden Ball" - an award given to the best football player in the world.

Отже, футболістами, котрих увіковічнили в пам'ятнику стали:
- Олег Блохін, котрий отримав цю нагороду 1975 року та є практично легендою українського футболу. Нагадаю, що Блохін був найрезультативнішим бомбардиром радянського футболу — 319 голів у залік клубу Григорія Федотова. Також він був лауреатом Ювілейної нагороди УЄФА як найвидатніший український футболіст 50-річчя (1954–2003). І саме під його керівництвом "Динамо" було неймовірно результативним.

У 2006 році збірна України під керівництвом Блохіна потрапила до чвертьфіналу чемпіонату світу. Це видатна людина, прізвище якої знають абсолютно всі. І шанувальники футболу, і прості "смертні".

- Ігор Бєланов став власником "Золотого м'яча" в 1986 році. Бєланов виступав за одеський «Чорноморець», потім перейшов до київського «Динамо». Успішно грав за збірну СРСР.
- Igor Belanov became the owner of the "Golden Ball" in 1986. Belanov played for Odesa's Chornomorets, then moved to Dynamo Kyiv. He successfully played for the USSR national team.
На чемпіонаті світу у Мексиці у 1986 році Бєланов забив 3 голи збірній Бельгії в 1/8 фіналу і став єдиним радянським футболістом, який забив три голи в одному матчі фінальної стадії чемпіонату світу. Третій гол був забитий з пенальті. За блискавичну гру на чемпіонаті світу і неабиякі швидкісні якості Бєланова прозвали «кульова блискавка».
At the 1986 World Cup in Mexico, Belanov scored three goals for the Belgian national team in the round of 16 and became the only Soviet footballer to score three goals in one match of the World Cup final. The third goal was scored from the penalty spot. Belanov was nicknamed the "ball lightning" for his lightning game at the World Championships and his outstanding speed.

У 2003 році він став першим українцем, який виграв Лігу чемпіонів. А володарем «Золотого м'яча» Шевченко став у 2004 році. Він тричі ставав найкращим бомбардиром Ліги чемпіонів, двічі — чемпіонату Італії. Другий бомбардир за всю історію «Мілана». Наразі — головний тренер збірної України.

На гранітних постаментах стоять копії футбольних кубків світу, під якими написана історія трофеїв. Також на стелах викарбувані назви клубів, які в різні роки володіли тим чи іншим кубком. Нижче декілька найцінніших, на мою думку, постаментів. Сфотографувала я, звичайно, всі, але ці для мене найбільш цікаві :)
