When Hive appeared we in @teamukraine made a quick 0,002 seconds decision to stick with the community and abandon Steem completely relaunching all the projects we are working on - into the Hive.

What leadership skills you bring on the table | Previous promotional experience (if any)

Having influence in centralized social media and lots of followers I can constantly push the ideas of decentralized social media and applications into the masses, onboarding new and new people, content creators, and investors. Having years of public speaking experience behind my back being a beer-ambassador, beer-coach, etc.

Our success stories of creating new Hiveans at the moment are @boga4, @beerguide, and lots of other newcomers to the Team Ukraine community. We support people with upvotes and internal exchange tokens for their posts and referrals. There are some incognito investors also made out) Usually we promote Hive in private talks and on the social media.

So far we made 1 advertising campaign on the facebook\instagram stories with an active link lead into the onboarding chat for the newcomers, where our bot with HowToMakeTheFirstPostOnHive info was waiting for them. Wasnt a big success but we still believe in that kind of promotion.

We made 2 meetups in Kyiv with local blockchain enthusiasts and steemians (at the steem times) - planning out a meetup in Kyiv at the end of June and another meetup in Lviv further in the July-August. Also there some cross-community activities already planned, but CoShit19 turned all the plans of offline\online cooperations upside down.

Why promoting Hive and What are the reasons you want to become a HIVE Community Manager?

First of all, I love decentralized media and web 3.0, We promote Hive to make our community grow and find out through all the newcomers some gems, who will be able to create things on the chain. Spreading the word will lead us to different connections, some of them will be simple content creators, some create DAPPS, and some will invest, I call it a D_SNOWBALL which going down the hill, and we are on top, while the ball is small. After all, all of the efforts we do will affect the price and recognition of the Hive globally! Lets rock!
