Many of you might already know how much I am passionate about these two terms: Self-esteem and Self-sufficient. Both of them are necessary for an individual and I know the importance of both terms. I always maintain self-respect and because of that many people think or take me wrong. Some think I am over-confident, some think my attitude level is bigger than others. Well, I consider everything as human nature, I can't change the thoughts or the way of people's thinking so I feel I shouldn't care what other is thinking about me though sometimes I care.
Self-esteem, self-respect is very important for an individual, because it represents the identity of yours, express who you are. In life, in many cases I have seen where I felt, growing self-esteem is a must. When I was taking my bachelor's course, I learned about self-respect. Also, my mother taught me how to maintain self-respect when it's needed. So, from my childhood, I was familiar with self-esteem in a different way.
Why Self-esteem needs? Why an individual should maintain self-respect?
In life, we have to face different situations, some make us feel bad. In fact, if you live in a society, you have to face various types of people, if you don't have self-respect, people will never take you seriously and will generally think that you don't have any confidence. Basically, they will identify your lack of confidence and will harass or insult you whenever they will get a chance.
This might sound bitter but it is true, I am explaining from my personal experiences. I am sure you have your own opinion too but this is my personal opinion... I have faced a situation in my life where I had to be courageous and had to maintain my self-respect. Because if I had failed to maintain that on that period, I would have gone into permanent depression. Basically, the most common issue is relationship failure and most people fail to hold self-respect in relationships. Obviously, over-confidence or attitude is not good, it represents arrogance and not good for any relationship...
On the other hand, self-sufficient or self-dependent is similar with independent terms. When you are truly depending on yourself and can handle any situation of your own, you are self-sufficient. Mainly, in life, everybody is self-sufficient, more or less. When you are emotionally and intellectually independent, you are self-sufficient.
All I want to say that if you want to express yourself; if you want to represent who you exactly are. I have seen many cases of people where they easily commit suicide because of lack of self-esteem and self-sufficiency.
Fall is coming, so I started taking pictures. I really like to use dark matte effects more than colors and in these pictures, you can see the application. I also started working on colors, saturation as well and trying to represent my immature photography into meaningful photography...
I have used my smartphone for capturing these pictures and hope you like the differences.
