Штука досить унікальна, адже розриває шаблони - стоїш на станції під землею, нібито має приїхати довжелезний потяг, а приїжджає "рогач" на два вагончики, ну точнісінько як над землею ходять. Навіть мені це видовище вже здається трохи незвичним - хоча я тут виросла.
The thing is quite unique, because it blows your mind a bit: you are standing at the station underground, as if a long train is to arrive, and a "hornhead" arrives in two cars, well, just as they walk above the ground. Even to me, this spectacle already seems a bit unusual - although I grew up here.
Такий транспорт, наскільки мені відомо, єдиний в Україні. Має лиш одну гілку, 11 станцій. Квиток коштує 2,5 грн, тепер навіть є термінали для безконтактної оплати.
As far as I know, such transport is the only one in Ukraine. It has only one branch, 11 stations. The ticket costs UAH 2.5, now there are even terminals for contactless payment.
Батько в дитинстві казав, що трамвай організований для того, щоб працівників КриворіжСталі уздовж всього Кривого Рогу (найдовшого міста Європи) могли дістатися до роботи. Отака є тут фішка 🙂
