Західна Україна є безпечним регіоном, який знаходиться далеко від бойових дій. Тому тут діти навчаються у школах офлайн. Для того щоб це зробити можливим у кожній школі відновили сховище, якщо таке було передбачене проектом, або обладнали нове, як могли. Наприклад у нашій школі сховище - це простий коридор, вікна в якому заліплені скотчем.
В сусідній школі, куди ходить моя племінниця, є гарне сховище, передбачене проектом. Там провели певні роботи з відновлення.
Незважаючи на те, що війна від нас далеко, діти не відчувають себе у безпеці. Вчора в цій сусідній школі провели тренування. Всім дітям потрібно було спуститися в укриття і просидіти там 20 хвилин.
Учениця сьомого класу розповіла, що їй там було моторошно і неприємно. У сховищі досить темно, атмосфера гнітюча. Їй хотілося плакати.
Моя племінниця, учениця п’ятого класу цієї ж школи, вийшла зі сховища заплакана. Їй було страшно. І це тільки тренування!
А вже сьогодні сталася справжня повітряна тривога. Як діти відреагували мені поки що невідомо.

In the nearby school where my niece goes, there is a nice bomb shelter provided by the project. Some restoration work was carried out there.
Despite the fact that the war is far from us, children do not feel safe. Yesterday, this nearby school held a training session. All children had to go down to the bomb shelter and stay there for 20 minutes.
The seventh-grade student said that it was creepy and unpleasant for her there. It is quite dark in the bomb shelter, the atmosphere is oppressive. She wanted to cry.
My niece, a fifth-grader at the same school, left the bomb shelter in tears. She was scared. And that's just training!
And today there was a real air alarm. I still don't know how the children reacted.
