This here's a call back all the way to strip #147, where our party of adventurers took a storeroom of high-proof hooch and used it to carve a path of destruction & fiery carnage through the elemental cult forces. Family fun for all ages, right?
Our own gaming group used the same tactic when playing through this campaign. But when we firebombed the earth & air cultists we had a habit of shouting, "Fire cult rules!!!"... just in the off-chance it would create some fighting between the various cults. Our dungeon master never gave an indication or clue that our stirring-the-pot made any difference in the grand scheme of things. But if it did, hopefully it didn't involve any cooked & eaten pet hamsters... 😳
