Fry onion, minced meat, spices in oil. Blanch large cabbage leaves briefly, then fill with minced meat and roll up.
Brush with butter, cover with thin bacon and put in the oven at about 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Rezept Fotos gibt es leider keine, ich hatte erst zu spät an den Food Porn gedacht, aber es ist eigentlich keine Hexerei.
Zwiebel, Hackfleisch, Gewürze in Öl anbraten. Große Kohlblätter kurz blanchieren, dann mit Hackfleich füllen und einrollen.
Mit Butter bestreichen, mit dünnem Speck belegen und bei ca 180 Grad 20-30 Minuten in den Ofen schieben.
Served with potato puree and a little gravy poured over - heavenly!
Serviert mit Kartoffel Pü und etwas Bratensaft übergossen - himmlisch!
