Saludos, este mi séptimo día del Blogging Challenge Parte 4 y les comparto mi opinión acerca del talento y el trabajo duro.

Para mí es más importante el trabajo duro que el talento, porque he visto a mucha gente con talentos natos, muy inteligentes para algunas cosas pero son muy poco trabajadores y desperdician todo lo que tienen a su favor, en cambio las personas que no han sido bendecidas con el talento nato o la habilidad natural para hacer una cosas pero se esfuerzan en trabajar cada día en mejorar obtienen mejores resultados.
Hard work is more important to me than talent, because I have seen many people with natural talents, very intelligent for some things but they are very little workers and they waste everything they have in their favor, on the other hand, people who have not been Blessed with natural talent or natural ability to do something but strive to work every day to improve, they get better results.

Creo que un ejemplo muy claro lo podemos ver en el desempeño que tienen algunas personas de Hive, tienen talentos increíbles pero son poco constantes, publican de vez en cuando y pareciera que cuando no obtienen buenos votos las primeras veces se desaniman y no lo siguen haciendo, en cambio veo con mucha admiración a las personas que como yo no tiene un talento especial, pero se esfuerzan mucho en sus escritos, hacen buenos maquetados, están al día con todas las novedades que ofrece la plataforma, yo admiro mucho como tienen la creatividad para inventar iniciativas y retos, estas personas no comenzaron desde el principio como los mejores escritores, simplemente fueron aprendiendo poco a poco, siendo constantes, al principio muchas personas cometimos errores y casi nade está exento de tener una publicación o varias que les avergüencen un poco, pero la constancia y el trabajo duro recompensan a estos creadores y algunas de estas personas a las que admiro ya tienen un alto nivel y mucho HP por todo su trabajo duro.

Creo que Dios les da talentos a todos y el que no recibe un talento evidente o llamativo, recibe el valor de la constancia, ya que el trabajo duro es el camino largo de obtener las cosas, pero es el camino más seguro, porque nunca se deja de avanzar, como el cuento de la liebre y la tortuga, aun cuando la liebre tenía toda su anatomía preparada para correr , su poca concentración le hizo perder la carrera por dar la coas por sentado, en cambio la tortuga trabajó duro y en silencio nunca dejó de avanzar.
