I woke up to 3 inches of snow this morning. Since I had to go and take care of the chickens (at the in-laws), I had to go out anyway. After caring for the chickens, I decided to go down to the river and grab a few pictures since I haven't done that after a snowfall before there.
This is along the North Platte River, here in Wyoming.

See all the ice along the bank? Strangely, though, this is only about the third measurable snowfall this season. It's been rather warm. Maybe we'll get our share after all.
