Here is another set of pictures of our June 3 outing, looking at the dams at Alcova, Wyoming. This set is of the actual reservoir created by Pathfinder Dam.
This first landscape was taken above where Below Pathfinder Dam with Flowers pictures were taken.
I took more pictures as we walked out onto Pathfinder Dam, across the spillway.
I could see that the weather was taking a turn for the worse, with an approaching thunderstorm (though we didn't know that it was more than a passing rain shower for a little while longer.

My daughters (@emberskydragon and @wolfspirit) just had to touch the water...
Ember found a claw from what appears to be (according to the Bug Guide) a Northern Crayfish (Orconectes virilis). (She is always finding various pieces of nature that most people never see.)
